Role Overview:
As the Assistant HR Manager at Thrillophilia, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining our exceptional team. Your primary focus will be on recruitment, ensuring we attract, onboard, and retain top talent who share our passion for travel and adventure. In addition to recruitment, you will also be responsible for various HR operational tasks, contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and platforms to ensure a continuous pipeline of top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
- Enhance and maintain the employer brand, ensuring Thrillophilia is an attractive destination for prospective employees.
2. Onboarding and Orientation
- Design and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure new hires acclimate smoothly to the company culture and workflows.
- Coordinate orientations, including paperwork, introductions, and training to help new employees settle into their roles.
3. HR Operations:
- Manage and maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local employment laws.
- Handle employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution in line with company policies.
- Administer employee benefits and leave policies, including leave tracking and coordination.
4. Employee Engagement
- Support initiatives that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Coordinate team-building activities and events that contribute to a positive work culture.
5. Exit Management:
- Oversee the exit process, conducting exit interviews, and identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong emphasis on recruitment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting and retaining talent.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.

Job Description
We are seeking a passionate candidate, who is result orientated, sound knowledge of IT services, with either a proven track record of proposal writing and proposal/bid management in government or commercial proposals. The consultant will be accountable for technical writing for business proposals and managing large and complex proposals as projects.
