Roles and Responsibilities

• You're proficient in Node.js/Javascript with a strong foundation in NoSQL/ SQL 
• You're proficient in React and strong frontend javascript foundation 
• Knowing GoLang and/or Solidity is a definite plus but not a requirement
• You have a passion for writing code as well as understanding and crafting the ways systems interact
• You have experience deploying to and implementing solutions in AWS
• You believe in the benefits of agile processes and shipping code often
• You are pragmatic and work to coalesce requirements into reasonable solutions that provide value

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following, other duties that may be assigned:

Lead the Requirement Discovery Calls.

Defining the Vision

Managing & Scoping the Product Backlog

Providing solutions to solving the Assortment, Availability, Merchandizing, and Supply Chain Problems in Retail Space

Working on various metrics for Retail Industry KPIs and assessing the performance of a retail business

Work with Data Engineers on giving in-depth knowledge of the Business Requirements.

Understanding the business purpose of the story and defining and analyzing possible alternative ways of satisfying the business purpose of the story

Estimation of Level of Efforts(LOE) and Deployment Timelines.

Accountable for ensuring advanced analytics and data science outcomes are continually improved such that product and service offerings stay aligned with changing business needs and strategic objectives

Performing line management of product teams operating within an AGILE methodology

Collaborating closely with Business Owners and users to define product roadmaps, epics, features and user stories

Working with team members to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to

Taking responsibility for the quality data solutions that developers produce

Interacting with Stake holders (Internal & External) as necessary to clarify requirements and agree on priorities

Review project team solution designs to ensure technical alignment & consistency against predefined target architecture and established standards

Work in partnership with third party suppliers to formulate and execute delivery of customer-focused Product & Services

Assist in developing standards for data ingestion, data access layers, application and integration of selected SaaS platforms and Data Science solutions as key components of the overall solution architecture

First Level of the Analysis of the Data Issues.

Understand End-End Flow of the application technically and functionally to enable oneself to be an eventual Product Owner.

Build and maintain architecture, design, and metadata documentation

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data or Computer Science or equivalent technical field

Experience in retail industry is must

8-10 years of Overall IT Experience.

>5 years of Retail Business experience. Experience in Cloud Technologies is a plus

>2 years’ experience managing stakeholder relationships including influencing & negotiating outcomes

Experience in writing SQL and Complex SQL Queries is a Big Plus

Commercial Lending provides a key ingredient in determining a Bank’s / FI’s profitability. The business is quite dynamic and posed with many challenges around Automation, Decisioning, Workflows and disconnected Processes to name a few. What you will be doing 

• Configure, test and implement workflows supporting configuration and business features in FIS Loan Origination System.
• Coordinate with business experts (Business Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers) to gather functional specifications and accordingly get them designed and build in product using native workflow tool and by harvesting CMMN and BPMN
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
• Build the executable processes with limited requirement to showcase business.
• Work with architects and team leads to design & implement appropriate technical solutions.
• Collaborate with testers to analyze defects, verify behavior, and resolve issues.
• Identify, re-engineer and document business processes and metrics and identify improvement opportunities where existing processes / workflows may be streamlined or improved to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency.
• Develop, maintain and distribute business process workflows documentation to stakeholders.
• Assess and project the impact of system changes on users and internal and external clients or stakeholders.
• Be a SPOC for managing and maintenance of these Processes, Workflows while building and contributing to these within Product in an Agile manner. Attend all the relevant scrum ceremonies.
• Tailors user screens for each process activity to enable end users to interact with Application.
• Work as an independent team member, capable of applying judgment to plan and execute your tasks.
• Isolate and resolve complex configuration issues.
• Train internal employees or external clients on processes, BPMN and CMMN principles or practices. Conduct one-on-one or classroom training depending upon the size or desire of the audience.

• Good database skills with excellent query writing skills.
• Deep Understanding of case life cycle management, business process management (BPM).
• Exposure to form design including Java, HTML, CCS, XML, JSON and Angular.
• Knowledge of APIs (REST & SOAP).
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• First-rate verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive, management, individual contributors).
• Ability to meet deadlines and communicate status appropriately and timely.
