About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience in designing engaging digital and print creatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Figma and Canva and be capable of creating visually appealing designs aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create UI mockups, landing page designs, and wireframes using Figma.
• Develop engaging creatives for digital marketing campaigns using Canva and other design tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative assets.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and offline platforms.
• Edit images, icons, and illustrations for promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, typography, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Strong expertise in Figma (Mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Canva (Mandatory).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
• Experience designing creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, and advertisements.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles is an advantage.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Experience working with marketing agencies or fast-paced startup environments is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut) is a plus.

We are looking for a talented and competitive Global Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition. You must be comfortable handling inbound/outbound calls, handling Marketing activities to reach out to prospects on communication & Digital platforms, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, closing the deals.

Responsibilities, Duties, and Required Skills

Research new prospects and generate interest through e-mailers and cold calling

Follow up with prospects for feedback on the sales process

Team up with channel partners to build a pipeline of exciting deals

Update CRM software on existing prospects and customers contacts

Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further action

8. Collaborative development with BitBucket or GIT and handling of code merge conflicts
9. Documenting backend code and APIs using Swagger
10. Expert Knowledge of code deployment on AWS is a must
11. Knowledge of NoSQL will be an added advantage
12. Expert in Linux,  and understanding of Ubuntu OS
