Duties:
Purpose of the job Responsible for all day-to-day activities supporting the improvement of organizational effectiveness by working with extended teams & functions to develop & implement; processes, tools, methods, practices, training, controls and performance indicators across the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Activities:
1. Responsible for coordinating activities that recognise areas for improvement within the organization through need identification techniques. 5. Responsible for interfacing with all relevant departments for the development and implementation of processes, such as HR, IT, Finance, Group Management etc.
