Roles and Responsibilities:
▪ Identify and develop strategic relationships with potential clients/customers
▪ Creating lead engagement plans and strategies
▪ Involve in dynamic sales making process at great success rate
▪ Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals

1 Strategic Business Partnering
Partner with Production and Quality heads to forecast manpower needs based on
the production pipeline. Manage the "Manpower Cost per Kg" metric
Conduct regular "HR Dipsticks" and "Stay Interviews" to gauge morale and
prevent the "Broken Rung" phenomenon in technical middle management
Facilitate Floor engagement program for employees and contract workers (e.g.
GEMBA, 5S etc.)
Lead site-level DEI initiatives, such as creating infrastructure and safety
protocols to increase female representation in QC/QA and Production
2 Talent & Performance Management
Work with Site Operations Head and functional leaders to set performance
expectation, facilitate performance support and performance feedback
Drive the Annual Appraisal cycle, ensuring that KPIs are balanced between
output (volume) and quality (compliance/safety).
Drive performance efficiency and productivity program in partnership with
Operations and Quality team.
Identify High-Potential (HiPo) employees on the shop floor and create
development roadmaps to move them into supervisory roles

3 Industrial Relations & Compliance
Spearhead the site-level implementation of the New Labour Codes, specifically
communication to employees or workers on the changes and impacts of their

Audit and oversee the lifecycle of contract labour, ensuring 100% compliance
with PF, ESI, and Gratuity provisioning
Handle domestic inquiries and grievance redressal to maintain a strike-free
environment
Develop relationship with Union leaders and related groups to ensure/
implement healthy work environment
4 Culture and Employee Engagement
Promote a culture of transparency, discipline, and trust.
Implement employee engagement and workplace climate improvement
initiatives.
Lead employee engagement activities at Site and facilitate R&R program to
improvement employee engagement/ satisfaction score.
5 Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with Plant Heads, Site HR Head, Legal, Production, and Safety
functions.
Build relationships with local bodies, industry associations, and government
officials.
Work with cross-functional teams across sites/ corporate function to ensure
people agenda at Site is delivered effectively.
At CT Nova, we are building the "Sovereign Learning & Training Cloud"—a PaaS solution that runs inside our clients' own Azure tenants.
We are past the "idea" phase and are now scaling rapidly. We need a Founder’s Office partner who can take the raw vision and turn it into a world-class product experience.
You will work directly with the founders to own the product roadmap, design the user experience, and ensure that our business goals are translated into a product that enterprises love.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Ownership: Work with Apurv to prioritize the roadmap. You will own the "Product Specs" for new features like AI Tutors or advanced certification modules.
- Design & UX: Be the primary designer for the platform. You’ll be responsible for refreshing our UI/UX to ensure it feels "consumer-grade" despite being an enterprise tool.
- Founder Leverage: Act as a force multiplier for the leadership. This includes drafting investor/client decks, managing high-priority program timelines, and jumping into "firefighting" mode when needed.
- Market-Product Loop: Conduct user research with our B2B clients to understand friction points and iterate on the design immediately.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Bridge the gap between Product, Sales, and Engineering. You make sure everyone is aligned on the "What" and the "Why."
Requirements
- Background: 1–3 years of experience in a high-growth startup, VC, or a product-led role. A background in Design or Product Management is a huge plus.
- The "Hacker" Mindset: You enjoy solving problems from first principles rather than following a playbook.
- Visual Taste: You have a high bar for design and can show a portfolio or examples of products/projects you’ve shaped.
- Resilience: You thrive in the ambiguity of the "0 to 1" journey.
Azure – Data Engineer
- At least 2 years hands on experience working with an Agile data engineering team working on big data pipelines using Azure in a commercial environment.
- Dealing with senior stakeholders/leadership
- Understanding of Azure data security and encryption best practices. [ADFS/ACLs]
Data Bricks –experience writing in and using data bricks Using Python to transform, manipulate data.
Data Factory – experience using data factory in an enterprise solution to build data pipelines. Experience calling rest APIs.
Synapse/data warehouse – experience using synapse/data warehouse to present data securely and to build & manage data models.
Microsoft SQL server – We’d expect the candidate to have come from a SQL/Data background and progressed into Azure
