BPM Analyst

The RPA Business Analyst will play a key role in analysing banking processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools. With experience in the banking domain, the candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, document processes, and work closely with RPA developers to design, implement, and improve automated workflows.

Summary:

Blue Matrix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a

Process Associate for an International Voice Process (Lead Generation) professional. The ideal

candidate will have at least 6 months of experience in international voice processes. Strong

English communication skills are an absolute must for this role, as the candidate will be

responsible for generating leads through international voice processes, and communicating

effectively with customers and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

· Generating leads through an international voice process.

. Outbound sales experience

· Meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.

· Identifying and qualifying potential customers.

· Communicating effectively with customers and team members.

Requirements:

· Proven work experience in an international Voice.

· Should have neutral accent

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).

· Agile and flexible with work schedule.

· Logical and analytical thought process.

· Willing to work in any Australian Shift 5 am to 2 pm

Qualifications:

PUC/Graduation degree

1. Create detailed, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritize and plan testing activities to meet project deadlines. Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

   Requirements

1. BTech and/or MTech in Engineering or related fields
2. 2+ years of experience using or creating shared test framework
3. Ability to create and maintain functional tests within fast-moving Agile delivery
4. Experience using test case management system like TestRail, Test Complete or Test Lodge
5. Experience using JIRA and, Atlassian suite
6. Excellent communication and documentation skills
7. Solid knowledge of Continuous Integration
8. Proficiency in analyzing requirements, functional specs, and technical specs
9. Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions and innovative ideas
10. Strong quality mindset, great team spirit and being detail oriented

Experience: 2 to 12 years

Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for developing Web Applications using J2EE components.
• Responsible for developing standalone applications using Core Java and JDBC.

Desired Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science or IT

Added advantage: Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP), Sun Certified Web Component Developer (SCWCD) certification

Desired Skills:

• Strong skills in JAVA programming languages and focus specially on the following areas Servlets, JSP, Web Services, Struts framework, JDBC/JPA/mybatis (ibatis)/Hibernate, Threads, Collections and Design Patterns.
• Strong skills in web technologies HTML 4/5, JQuery, AJAX, Java Script and CSS.
