About the Role:
We’re looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with a strong command of Google Ads and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in setting up, optimizing, and managing ad campaigns across Google platforms, and also possess a working knowledge of SEO and other digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with content, design, and SEO teams to align ads with landing pages and brand messaging.
- Perform A/B testing of ad creatives and landing pages.
- Suggest improvements based on data insights to maximize conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in Google Ads and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search & Display a must).
- Strong understanding of ad KPIs, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and Tag Manager.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and social media ads is a plus.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Google Ads certification (preferred but not mandatory).

What You’ll Do
● Design cloud infrastructure that is secure, scalable, and highly available onAWS
● Work collaboratively with software engineering to define infrastructure and
deploying requirements
● Provision, configure and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure defined as code

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day operations of Inside Sales Team
