Graphic Designer _ Manager

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the core team to understand their needs and ensure that our products are meeting the needs of the market.
• Designing database structure that are easy to maintain, improves data consistency and are cost effective in terms of disk storage space
• Identify, prioritise and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
• Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• A 5+ years of experience in developing desktop and mobile web applications
• Strong knowledge of core PHP with experience of working with MVC framework such as CodeIgniter & Laravel
• Experience with object-oriented PHP programming
• Experience with third party API integration
• Experience in managing AWS services
• Previous experience creating scalable applications
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

7+ years of experience of Workday HCM configuration across 4+ Workday modules and 5+ deployments

Key responsibilities

• Lead design/requirements workshops
• Highly confident in configuring workday with the ability to utilise Workday Community where necessary
• Highly confident in building accurate estimates for Workday configuration work
• Approve effort estimates of more junior consultants
• High level of understanding of how business utilise HR technology to their advantage
• Directly manage a team of consultants based in India
• Manage customer escalations around direct reports work
• Support in building the CloudRock team based in Indian through being an advocate for CloudRock and a leadership figure
• Support and mentor junior resource based in India/Portugal/UK
• Full understanding of the Workday deployment methodology
• Achieve a high level of utilisation
• Be consultative in their customer approach

Role Description:

Ensure successful project completion by understanding client expectations, overseeing operations on key projects and coaching a team of 7 - 10. Key Responsibilities: AEM Developer:

• Experience implementing Adobe AEM (AEM 6.4 or higher)

• Design, develop and support AEM content fragments, integrations, and applications

• Experience with secure coding practices

• Experience with object-oriented design and design patterns

• Excellent estimation abilities in scoping work in a highly complex environment

Design, develop and maintain web-based services and applications using .Net Core/ASP.Net, C#, REST Web API, MS SQL Server, Entity Framework, and Dapper.  Developing highly optimized cross-browser and responsive web applications using HTML5, and CSS.  Manage the full technical life-cycle of web applications during each development phase including functional & technical design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.  Developing high standard Web Applications based on functional requirements, UI/UX requirements, business logic and Web APIs.  Designing database tables, views, stored procedures, and functions to store and retrieve data most efficiently from SQL database.  Writing bug-free code with the highest coding standard.  Developing high-performance, highly secure and highly scalable Web Application.  Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, debugging and code reviews for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and reliability of the software.  Manage source code check-in, checkout, and merging code.  Taking accountability and the ability to work under pressure

Hands-on experience o of using Angular with version 7 or later o in consuming complex nested API. o in using state management (e.g. NGRX, RXJS). o in using caching. o of using component library framework integration (e.g. Angular Material). o in integrating with REST web services from the application. Knowing JSON is a must. o with Git compatible source control and working with a CI/CD pipeline.  Experience on AWS services will be added advantage.  Good experience in Standard Project Development Life Cycle.  Experience on Devextreme tools will be added advantage.  Ability/ready to work on advanced technologies like Node JS is an added advantage.  Knowledge / Experience of agile development methodologies.  Very good logical skills and problem-solving ability.  Quick learner and a good team player.  Should be able to work independently and with the team.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Engineering with 5+ experience writing high quality, efficient and maintainable code. Proficiency with Elixir or Erlang. Alternatively experience with at least two of Ruby on Rails, NodeJS, Python,Lisp/Clojure, Scala, Haskel or similar
• Proficiency with Typescript or Javascript using ReactJS, VueJS or similar.
• Good knowledge of SQL databases (PostgresSQL, MSSQL, Oracle or similar)
• Good knowledge of revision control system like GIT, SVN, TFS or similar
• Experience with NoSQL databases like InfluxDB, Prometheus, Elastic Stack, SOLR or similar is a plus.
• In depth knowledge of Linux would be a plus
• Exposure to schematic and layout design and understanding would be a plus.
• Experience working with the energy metering segment is a plus.
