Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development
Executive to help us expand our clientele who will be the face of the company
and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and
forging strong relationships with our clients.
Mediknit is Asia’s largest online marketplace offering upskilling programs for healthcare professionals(Doctors, Nurses etc). Our programs are designed and delivered in partnership with societies, medical institutions, and best-in-class experts.
It is an all-in-one platform to host online courses, conferences, webinars, classrooms and more.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer
satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting
clients’ objectives
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Proven 2 years of work experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role preferably from Pharma Sales background.
- Proven sales track record
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge (Healthcare, Medical Communications, Medical events, Medical Conferences, Pharma Sales)
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- Bcom/BBA/MBA in Sales & Marketing
