Roles and Responsibilities

1. Ability to work on diverse backend stack such as Node JS, Java, Express JS
2. Ability to work on diverse frontend stack such as React JS, Angular 6/7/8/9, HTML5, CSS3
3. Ability to deliver quick POC’s using cutting edge technologies.
4. Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
5. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
6. Developing, refining, and tuning integrations between applications. Analysing and resolving technical and application problems.
7. Ability to debug application.
8. Should have complete knowledge on developing RESTful Services.
9. Should be able to also work in agile development methodology.

Competency Requirements

1. Experience in NodeJS, Java and development using AngularJS / ReactJS
2. Experience in front end frameworks such as Angular.js, React.js, Bootstrap, Foundation etc
3. Experience in client/server application development
4. Knowledge of agile development methodologies
5. Knowledge of unit testing theory
6. Knowledge of AWS cloud
7. Experience in Java, Python and Go will be added advantage

Backend Developer - 2 - 6 Years (Node.js, MongoDB, Express.JS, My SQL)

The Role:
You are a Backend Engineer passionate about building world-class mobile and web applications with performant backend and glitch-free experience. You will be part of a team which will be delivering technology that enhances the in-app experience for our users and enables our development teams to build mobile apps easier, faster and more efficient. You will build compelling and engaging applications for Web and Mobile platforms. Employing your experience in latest Nodejs frameworks like Express.js,Hapi.js, Yarn, PM2 and proficiency in Elasticsearch, in building RESTful APIs, in integrating with databases like MongoDB and MySQL/Postgres with discipline in collaboration and pair programming. Our clientele majorly comprises of BFSI companies, so experience in Financial Applications and enterprise data security will be a big-plus.

Responsibilities:
• Contribute to an Agile team to build web and mobile applications, APIs, SDKs and other tools as required
• Collaborate with various teams within IORTA to realize the requirements for the project and Rapidly deliver iterative solutions
• Provide task plans and follow trends in technology and suggest new approaches to application design and development
• Review and evaluate designs for compliance with development guidelines
•. Implement best practices and methods to improve the development process within the
team and organization

• Developing and maintaining all server-side network components.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or similar.
• At least two years of experience as a Node.js developer.

Job Responsibilities:

Building and scaling web products that directly impact our customers or partners.

Translate several RESTful data sources to be used in a front-end application.

Dig into bugs and feature requests.

Monitor reliability and performance through dashboards and tools to ensure availability.

Help other engineers on the team and across StoryXpress.

Work with our team to engineer new growth initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Skills: Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, Express.js, MySQL, Git, Go
• Proficiency JavaScript developer.
• Should have a good understanding of micro-server architecture and REST API.
• Thorough understanding of MVC principles and JS design patterns. *Node.js, Express.js, MySQL should be thoroughly worked upon
• GIT, GitOps and standard versioning management tools should be known.
• Knowledge of User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.

Brownie Points For:
