we are looking for SFCC backend developer

with 5+ yr of experience with backend developer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing email marketing campaigns to generate leads.
• Create engaging email content tailored to potential clients interested in web design, mobile app development, and SEO.
• Manage and grow email contact lists.
• Monitor email performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Research and identify potential B2B leads and contribute to the lead generation pipeline.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align email campaigns with business goals.
• Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms to manage campaigns.

Requirements:

• Strong written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and email platforms.

• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Driving and handling end to end E-commerce Growth for OZiva.
• P&L responsibility with ownership to drive key business metrics (Conversion, GMV, ASP, Returns, Cancellations, Margins, etc.) on marketplaces.
• Growing e-com marketplaces accounts
• Work with R&D to develop new products for marketplace growth
• Mentor the team to optimize product listing, inventory, ad spends on marketplaces.
• Manage inventory, weekly offers/ discounts, promotional strategies, and actionable insights from weekly competition analysis
• Build and maintain relationships with respective SPOCs at all marketplaces.
• Identify product, service, or marketplace issues, and resolve them accordingly.

• 5+ years of successful ecommerce growth
• Demonstrated success in handling P&L
• Highly analytical.
• Ability to deal with high work pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong team player with proven ability to work harmoniously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Lead a team of 6-10 Product Managers and Design team members to build cutting-edge Vision products for the AI Cataloging space.

2) Create a world-class Self Serve SaaS Product experience with data analysis at its center.

3) Lead the Web, Mobile and API experience of the AI product stack.

4) Talk to users - Large and Small to better understand their needs and motivations.

5) Project management to align the technology team and ship products.

6) Stay up to date with the latest research in Computer vision and best product practices and bring the most important features

7) Prioritization and Roadmap Management, Work alongside all stakeholders to represent a true picture of priorities and future initiatives.

8) Diving deeper into the data to identify opportunities and learnings.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) BTech/MBA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject from a Tier-1 institute (Mandate)

2) 3+ years of experience leading Product team in high growth Product companies

3) 5+ years of Product Management experience in growth startups or Product companies

4) Extremely self-motivated and autonomous. You'll be given direction but it's on you to figure out how to proceed.

5) Analytical. You should have plenty of experience looking at the data to inform your decisions.

6) Strong product intuition. You need to have an informed opinion to build a product from scratch.

7) Systems thinker. You should understand how even the smallest change affects the entire system.

8) Super detail-oriented. Small errors or oversights should jump off the screen for you.

9) Team champion. We're serious about our work, but that doesn't mean we can't have fun together. :)


Education Mandatory: IIM, IIT, BITS

•  Excellent Communication Skills.
• Working knowledge of React libraries such as Redux, Redux Thunk, Redux Saga, Redux Forms, Immutable etc.
• Highly proficient in JavaScript and ReactJs
• Good understanding of design libraries such as Material, Ant and Semantics etc.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.
• Sound knowledge of Testing frameworks such as Jest, Enzyme, Mocha, Protector etc.
• Experience of writing unit, integration and E2E tests.
• Experience of integrating third party APIs.
• Good understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

QUALIFICATIONS:
