We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to expand our clientele. You will be responsible for applying different sales strategies and work with dedication to increase sales. Your ultimate goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and maintaining strong client relationships.

*Requirements:*

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.

• 4 - 8 Years of Experience in sales, marketing or related field.

• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

*Responsibilities:*

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

• The responsibilities of a Sales Manager Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.

• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.

• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Ø Candidate should have civil diploma.

Ø Candidate should have 3-4 year experience.

Ø Must have knowledge of security sector.

Ø Manage all site work of Gurgaon location.

Ø Manage the allocation of resources, including labor materials and equipment.

Ø Communicate effectively with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations .

Ø Maintain accurate records of progress, costs and quality control measures.

Ø Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Ø Must have knowledge of AutoCAD & Drawing.

Ø  Proper handling all site fencing work.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Preferably have a working experience of 4 Years and more , on production PostgreSQL DBs.
• Experience of working in a production support environment
• Engineering or Equivalent degree
• Passion for open-source technologies is desired

• Optimizing Queries and handle escalations
• Analyse and assess the impact and risk of low to medium risk changes on high profile production databases

Skills:

• Expertise in Python 3 on AWS serverless
• Experience in AWS serverless stack Appsync, Lambda, Cognito, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, SQS, S3, Code commit & Code Deploy.
• Proficient in modern microservice-based architectures and methodologies.
• Experience in a database technology, preferably No-SQL such as AWS DynamoDB.
• Build human-centric UX with us using technologies like React, TypeScript, GraphQL, and CSS-in-JS.
• Experience building data processing pipelines (SQS, Kinesis, DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, or similar)
• Deep technical hands-on experience developing in REST/JSON or SOAP/XML, combined with strong knowledge of concepts such as CORs (Cross Origins Resources), headers, security, JSON and http concept.
• Experience with Github and advanced Github features (good to have).
• Must have worked as a part of Agile Teams and DevOps practices such as continuous Integration tools (e.g. Jenkins), code repository, creating CI/CD pipelines is required.

Primary expertise: Golang, NodeJs, Python 

• Our backend was written in Nodejs and some parts converted to Golang. We want to switch completely
• Knowing Golang well is important 
• You should know python / Django at a reasonable level
• Ability to work with GCP and AWS environments
  Worked with Amazon services like SNS, SQS and Google services like Firebase FCM
• Ability to execute rapidly

Key Responsibilities:

1. Write clean, structured code and develop back-end components that are scalable and reusable which aligns with the existing architecture.
2. Own and manage team processes, releases, and systems and integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
3. Design, build, test, and document code and databases
4. Coordinate with internal teams to understand user requirements and provide technical solutions
5. Make architecture decisions that contribute to maintainable systems
6. Architect and build the backend for the corresponding web service (Django)

Skills Required:

1. 2+ years of experience with Django, Experienced & expertise in Python framework - Django and Rest
2. Strong systems, architecture and database fundamentals, experience with scaling web technologies
3. Should have basic knowledge of Front End
4. Should have good database design knowledge
5. Should be able to write good quality code with good documentation
6. Experience in creating REST API's
7. Basic understanding of tech stacks - Postgres and Git
8. The ability to work independently is a must

• Demonstrable experience as a Robotic Process Automation Developer using Robotic
  technologies, particularly with UiPath.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert with Robotic Process Automation Development and
  technologies, especially around UiPath.
• Should have Advanced Developer certification from UiPath.
• Strong Customer-facing experience.
• Command on UiPath RE Framework.
• Strong Software Development Skills in Automation Software.
• Experience in working with .NET Framework and customization.
