Key Responsibilities

CI/CD and Infrastructure Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support fast and reliable releases
• Automate deployments using tools such as Terraform, Helm, and Kubernetes
• Improve build and release processes to support high-performance and low-latency trading applications
• Work efficiently with Linux/Unix environments

Cloud and On-Prem Infrastructure Management

• Deploy, manage, and optimize infrastructure on AWS, GCP, and on-premises environments
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and high availability
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to standardize and streamline deployments

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Monitor system performance and latency using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Implement proactive alerting and fault detection to ensure system stability
• Troubleshoot and optimize system components for maximum efficiency

Security and Compliance

• Apply DevSecOps principles to ensure secure deployment and access management
• Maintain compliance with financial industry regulations such as SEBI
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and maintain logging and audit controls

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer in a software or trading environment
• Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD)
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation for IaC
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls)
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack
• Proficiency in scripting using Python, Bash, or Go
• Solid understanding of security best practices including IAM, encryption, and network policies

Good to Have (Optional)

• Experience with low-latency trading infrastructure or real-time market data systems
• Knowledge of high-frequency trading environments
• Exposure to FIX protocol, FPGA, or network optimization techniques
• Familiarity with Redis or Nginx for real-time data handling

Role Description

We are hiring a Business Development Executive responsible for exploring new markets, generating leads, identifying business opportunities, and acquiring clients for our IT and AI-based services. The role includes market research, outbound outreach, relationship building, and converting prospects into qualified meetings to support company growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new industries and potential clients
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, and networking
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Reach out to prospects, pitch services, and schedule client meetings
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams
• Maintain regular follow-ups to nurture leads and close opportunities
• Analyse market trends and competitors to suggest new growth strategies
• Prepare performance reports on outreach, leads, and conversions

1. Develop and design marketing collaterals for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, emailers, and digital ads.
2. Create branding elements such as project logos, visual identities, and promotional graphics.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
4. Design engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored for the real estate audience.
5. Work on project presentations, floor plan designs, and 3D renders (basic knowledge is a plus).
6. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing material and campaigns.
7. Edit and enhance photos/videos for digital and offline marketing.
8. Stay updated with design trends in real estate and digital marketing.

• 6+ years of experience in building web applications using ASP.net, web API, SQL Server, and Testable code.
• C# with Strong in OOPS,
• Hands on experience in React JS or Node JS,
•Experience of architecting and designing web applications and services
• Must have at least 1+ year experience using React or Node JS.
• Passion for building and delivering great software with a strong sense of ownership, while working closely with junior team members.
• Conceptual knowledge of middleware architecture.
• Strong experience with Agile processes.
• Exposure to tools to optimize web application performance-MH
• Understanding and experience of working with Product Management, Design and DevOps teams

• Experience in building applications on .NET Core, is a great plus
• Experience working with CRM Products

Age = 18 years to 25 Years

Qualification = Graduates & Post Graduates 

Shift time = 10 am to 7 pm ( 6 days Working )

Salary = 15 k to 18 k + attractive Invectives

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as GitHub
• Good to have working experience on CSS pre-processor either LESS or SASS
• Good understanding of BEM (Block, Element, Modifier) methodology
