Automation Test Engineer

Senior Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform, with strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The role involves building and customizing service-oriented applications, implementing complex business logic using Apex, and creating responsive, high-performance user interfaces with LWC. The developer collaborates with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensures code quality through best practices and reviews, and integrates Salesforce with external systems via APIs. Additionally, they troubleshoot issues, mentor junior developers, and drive continuous improvement in system performance, security, and user experience within the Service Cloud environment.

This role is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN and requires a seasoned professional with a strong track record of delivering successful projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure. This includes defining project scope, developing detailed project plans, managing budgets and resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. A key aspect of this role involves championing agile methodologies, coaching teams on agile best practices, and facilitating agile ceremonies to improve team performance and product delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, and timeline. Manage project risks, issues, and changes effectively. Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives). Coach and mentor project teams on agile principles and practices. Manage stakeholder expectations and communications. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within project teams. Ensure successful project closure and post-project reviews. 

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management. Proven experience leading agile transformations and managing agile projects. Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2) and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and risks. Experience with project management software and collaboration tools. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Role Overview

As an Operations Intern you will be responsible for:

• Helping the operations team in the day to day work.
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities.
• Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted. 
• Review data for deficiencies or errors.
• Resolving discrepancies in the information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents. 
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
• Take follow-up calls for verification and maintaining of MIS.

What You’ll Do:
