We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with 3+ years extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and other design tools, as well as experience designing for a variety of digital platforms to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for our email campaigns, infographics, website banners, social media posts, and other digital marketing materials.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Brand Identity: Develop and maintain a cohesive and recognizable visual identity for F22 Labs across all touchpoints, including social media, websites, emails, and offline marketing materials.
2. Illustrations & Graphics: Create visually stunning illustrations, infographics, and custom graphics for various digital and print mediums, ensuring that each piece aligns with the brand’s tone and message.
3. Campaign Assets: Design marketing assets for product launches, campaigns, and promotional events, ensuring a high level of visual impact to drive engagement and brand awareness.
4. Pitch Decks: Design professional, visually compelling pitch decks and presentations for clients and venture capitalists that communicate key ideas clearly and persuasively.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and developers, to deliver design assets that align with business goals and enhance user experience.
6. Creative Problem-Solving: Develop innovative design solutions for complex challenges, pushing the boundaries of creativity while ensuring functional excellence.
7. Stay Updated: Keep up with design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to ensure F22 Labs stays at the forefront of design innovation.
8. Data-Driven Design: Leverage user feedback and analytics to refine designs and optimize for better engagement and performance.
9. A/B Testing & Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to experiment with visual content, implementing changes based on data-driven insights to improve conversion rates.

1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a robust portfolio that demonstrates a wide range of design capabilities, including branding, digital graphics, and illustrations.
2. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other modern design tools.
3. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout design, and branding principles.

• BTech, BE, BS degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• 6+ years experience in web and software development.

• 3+ years of experience with the microservices architecture.
• At least 1 year of experience in leading a team.

• Must be from good companies and have been working on high Scale of Traffic.
• Proficiency in engineering practices and writing high quality code, with expertise Go Langauge
• Experience building microservices.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance
• Good knowledge of cloud technologies like AWS/Google Cloud/Azure Proficient with RDBMS
