Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with 5–6 years of experience who can craft intuitive, emotionally intelligent, and user-centric digital experiences. You will play a key role in shaping Miror’s app and digital interfaces, ensuring they are elegant, accessible, and deeply aligned with the needs of women.

Key Responsibilities

User Experience (UX)

Translate product vision and user needs into thoughtful user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

Design frictionless journeys across onboarding, symptom tracking, consultations, and community interactions

Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis

Identify usability issues and continuously improve experience

User Interface (UI)

Design clean, modern, and emotionally resonant interfaces

Create design systems, component libraries, and style guides

Ensure visual consistency across app, web, and future digital assets

Collaborate with developers for pixel-perfect implementation

Product Collaboration

Work closely with Product, Engineering, Content, and Marketing teams

Contribute to feature ideation and product strategy discussions

Balance aesthetics with functionality and performance

Advocate for user-first thinking

Accessibility & Inclusivity

Design experiences accessible to diverse age groups and digital comfort levels

Ensure readability, clarity, and intuitive navigation

Apply accessibility best practices (contrast, typography, interactions)

Required Skills & Experience

5–6 years of experience in UI/UX / Product Design

Strong portfolio showcasing mobile-first and app design

Proficiency in Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD

Expertise in wireframing, prototyping, interaction design

Experience building design systems

Strong understanding of usability & accessibility principles

Ability to translate complex workflows into simple experiences

Excellent communication & collaboration skills

Preferred Experience (Good to Have)

Experience designing for healthtech / femtech / wellness platforms

Familiarity with behavioural design / habit loops

Experience with data-heavy interfaces (trackers / dashboards)

Understanding of responsive & adaptive design

∙Primary Skills: Life Insurance and Annuity domain knowledge 

∙Secondary Skills: Functional testing knowledge, Functional test design. Insurance domain 

knowledge 

∙Analyze life insurance processes and translate them into functional specifications. Act as a 

liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment. Conduct gap analysis, 

impact assessments, and support solution design. Participate in system testing, UAT support, and 

user training. 

∙Policy Administration: Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient and effective 

management of life insurance and annuity products. 

∙Claims Handling: Collaborate with clients to resolve claims in a timely and fair manner. 

∙Agent Compensation: Work with agents to establish compensation structures that incentivize 

sales and customer satisfaction. 

∙Consulting Engagements: Partner with clients on various consulting projects, providing expertise 

and guidance on life insurance administration. 

∙Application Enhancement Requirements: Define and prioritize requirements for application 

enhancements to improve the overall user experience. 

∙Automation: Explore opportunities for automation to streamline processes and increase 

efficiency. 

∙Training and Mentoring: Provide training and support to less experienced team members to 

ensure knowledge sharing and skill development. 

∙Automation frameworks and reporting tools.  

∙Writing, executing, monitoring and maintenance of automated test suites. 

∙CI/CD tools knowledge and Agile process 

∙Database- MySQL, Oracle 

Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role with relevant experience of at least 4 years and total experience 6-8 years.

· Technical expertiseregarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques

· Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects and likewise), databases, programming in ETL frameworks

· Experience with data movement and management in the Cloud utilizing a combination of Azure or AWS features

· Hands on experience in data visualization tools – Power BI preferred

· Solid understanding of machine learning

· Knowledge of data management and visualization techniques

· A knack for statistical analysis and predictive modeling

· Good knowledge of Python and Matlab

This role demands taking care of the following from our Gurugram Office.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced applications for the iOS platform

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in iOS development

• Proficient in SwiftUI and Objective-C

• Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics and Core Text

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services

• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards

• Understanding of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines

• Experience with Git or other version control systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field is preferred but not required

Position: Senior Laravel Developer
