Job brief :- We are looking for a UX Designer to design software and platforms that meet people's needs. You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.- In this role, you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX and other technical projects is essential.Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers. Responsibilities :- Understand product specifications and user psychology- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback- Create personas through user research and data- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trendsRequirements :- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role- Strong portfolio of design projects- Background in project management and research- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture- Proficient in design software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq)- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus- Problem-solving aptitude- Analytical mind with a business acumen- Excellent communication skills

We encourage continual education through weekly lunch and learns and taking courses to keep us ahead of the latest advancements with yearly retreats. ​Responsibilities: ● Design, develop and maintain Php Applications, Laravel based RESTful APIs for our Saas products. ● Developing with security, reliability and backwards compatibility in mind at all times. ● Excellent in data structures, algorithms & design patterns ● Work closely with all development teams to ensure the smooth delivery and integration of work. ● Identify the best tools, frameworks and processes for each task. ● Constantly improving code quality through the creation of unit/functional tests, automation and code reviews. ● Participating in team brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative and original ideas that shape our technology, algorithms and products. An Ideal Candidate will have: ● 4+ years of PHP experience in a variety of frameworks ● Expert understanding of Designing/developing APIs and Restful Architecture ● Expert understanding of consuming APIs (must have done this many times) ● Ability to learn new technologies and new business concepts quickly ● Experience with Pair programming ● Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies ● Experience with AWS, Git, Jira and Atlassian toolset ● Understanding of the full software development process from wireframing, user ● Experience design, to QA and deployment ● Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) ● Should be comfortable communicating to team members across the globe ● Experience in working on a Saas product and scaling it ● Experience and exploration of other technologies such as Javascript / Blockchain etc. Note : Notice period should be 30 days or less.
