We move fast, think bold, and build with impact. As we scale, we’re looking for a Senior Developer to join our core team and lead end-to-end product development, focusing on scalable system architecture and robust backend systems, while supporting frontend development and team leadership.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead, You’ll be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using AWS or GCP, while contributing to frontend interfaces built with Flutter and React.

Your experience in building products across multiple development cycles and driving technical decisions will be critical as we expand our technology and user base. You’ll collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to deliver solutions that improve user experience, enhance operational efficiency, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs for real-time order management, pricing, and customer workflows.
• Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS/GCP using Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and serverless technologies.
• Implement secure, fault-tolerant, high-performance systems, following system design best practices.
• Build and enhance customer-facing frontends using Flutter (mobile) and React/Next.js (web) to ensure an intuitive UX.
• Lead system design discussions and provide architectural guidance for scalability, performance, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate features, analytics, payment systems, and third-party services.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless, reliable deployments.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Drive technical innovation by staying updated with the latest cloud, mobile, and web technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4+ years of full-stack development experience with a strong focus on backend architecture.
• Proven experience building and scaling products through multiple development cycles.
• Expertise in AWS or GCP (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Firestore, S3, Cloud Functions).
• Strong skills in Node.js (TypeScript) with serverless architecture experience.
• Proficiency in Flutter (mobile) and React / Next.js (web) for UI development.
• Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, Redis) databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a sense of ownership.
• Experience in fast-paced startups or small teams with rapid development and deployment.

Good to Have

• Payment integrations, wallet systems, or order analytics experience.
• Knowledge of event-driven systems, microservices, and observability tools .
• Exposure to mobile app release workflows (Play Store/App Store).
• Understanding of user behavior analytics and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals and ability to integrate predictive models.

We are looking for a Java Application Developer with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Must have experience in the Retail domain.

Java, Springboot, MVC, JSP, Postgres SQL and Oracle Skills are required.

AWS knowledge is a plus.

Should be willing to travel to the client's location whenever required.

Title : Java Fullstack Developer

Job Location: Hyderabad, Chennai, Vizag, Bangalore, Pune (100% Remote)

Responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience with Java development.
• Designs, codes, tests, debug, and documents software, and enhance existing components to ensure that software meets business needs.
• Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems.
• Work with other software engineers for one or more Agile scrum teams assigned to work on the project.
• Contribute to the design and architecture to enable secure, scalable, and maintainable software and should be able to clearly articulate the implications of design/architectural decisions,
• issues and plans to technology leadership.
• Develop reusable patterns and encourage innovation that will enhance team velocity.
• Collaborate on the design with other team members and product owners, both inside and outside the scrum team.
• Estimate engineering work effort for engineering team and effectively identify and prioritize the high impact tasks.

Key Requirements :
