Salary: 0 months to 7 months - 3 LPA

8 months to 5 years - 4.8 LPA

Responsibility:

Identify and conduct communications activities to improve agent effectiveness and increase customer satisfaction.

Create focused communications to reinforce existing processes or introduce new ones.

Help manage the tools used for agent communications.

Good verbal and written communication Minimum 0 - 4 yrs voice customer service experience (not just any customer service), having been part of escalation desk in the past would be an added benefit Work from client location in bengalore on the basis of US shift.

Rounds of Interview: VERSANT > CD > OPS

Preferred Candidates Profiles:

Key Responsibilities:

 Develop engaging, persuasive, and original content for websites, blogs, social media,

email campaigns, paid ads, and more.

 Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to brainstorm ideas, create concepts,

and develop messaging.

 Understand brand tone of voice and maintain consistency across all communications.

 Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice tailored to different audiences.

 Edit and proofread copy as needed, ensuring high editorial standards are met across

all outputs.

 Conduct research and interviews when required to understand products, target

audiences, and industry trends.

 Optimize copy for SEO best practices without sacrificing quality or tone.

 Contribute to content strategies that drive engagement, leads, and brand loyalty.

 Handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

 Maintain up-to-date knowledge of content marketing, digital trends, and platform

updates.

While the role will vary depending on the company and the industry, you might expect your tasks to include:

. Identifying opportunities in target markets for your organization’s products and services

· Generating leads through cold calling prospective clients or networking at trade shows.

· Developing and nurturing relationships with key customer accounts.

· Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of corporate competitors.

·  Assessing client needs and the company’s ability to meet those needs.

· Following up with new leads and referrals generated from the sales team.

· Preparing status reports on goals.

· Using customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce, to manage interactions.

• Producing concepts for layouts and developing these concepts based on feedback given
• Executing visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineers
• Finishing designs to a highly detailed, professional-level (p.s. keeping the design system guidelines intact)
• Creating wireframes when required (complete with annotation) for developers to implement
• Working with developers to communicate specs, ensuring correct implementation and working through any problems encountered
• Designing web, mobile and tablet friendly applications

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-5yrs of experience and proven track record
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during the interview
• Experience using tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision, Figma
• A proactive mindset with ability to communicate designs and new ideas in a logical and pragmatic manner
• A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions
• Open mind for criticism and harsh feedback as and when required
• Understanding of basic front-end languages like HTML5, CSS3 will be a plus (not a requirement)
• Experience working in agile teams, with developers and Product Managers    

User Experience Designer / Engineer

Job Description

The company's product team develops the next-generation technologies that change how millions of customer orders are fulfilled by merchants.

As a UI/|UX engineer, you will ship high-fidelity designs of new features and prototype solutions. You will have incredible ownership in creating an elegant end-user experience for merchants across every aspect of the product while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technical product managers, customer success managers, and marketers.

You’ll play a critical role in shaping our product—from influencing the roadmap, doing in-depth user research, and weighing technical constraints and tradeoffs. You will work directly with the head of the product and management team in delivering a product experience that creates moments of delight for our merchants, and growth for the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Understand various types of users across our platform and representing our merchants in product strategy and roadmap discussions
• Create unified, end-to-end experiences through close collaboration with team members from customer success, across product and engineering teams
• Identify the best UX methods and tools to use depending on project constraints, and own every aspect of the product's design, from solving the core user challenge to shipping a well-tested and pixel-perfect UI
• Work on creating and contributing to a design system of patterns in an effort to cultivate a cohesive look, feel, and user experience across the entire Fulfil platform
• Manage every aspect of the design process for products, features, and functionalities in collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams
• Create sketches, detailed wireframes, user flows, and high fidelity mockups and effectively communicate them clearly to relevant teams
• Prototype user experiences and run usability tests to turn concepts into intuitive and elegant interfaces
• Enhance and apply our established visual language to new features and functionalities of existing products
• Quickly iterate and develop alternative designs based on feedback from peers or learnings found in user testing, within support channels, etc.

Requirements

We're Looking for Someone With:

• 5+ Years of UI/UX experience, working closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop and ship great end-user experiences
• Expertise in our tools: Figma, Sketch, Zeplin, Clubhouse
• An outstanding portfolio, with presentable case studies showcasing a foundation in typography, interaction and visual design, and idea generation
• Experience collaborating with a diverse team in a rapid growth environment. - Huge plus if you’ve worked with remote teammates and understand the communication patterns of working with highly distributed teams (you’ll be working closely with our team in Toronto, Canada!)

• Prior experience at a growth stage Internet/Software company
• Experience working with Shopify’s Polaris design framework
• Experience in design related to B2B products e.g. E-commerce or ERP
• Design experience across a variety of platforms (desktop, tablet, iOS, Android, etc.).
• Experience developing or contributing to an actively evolving design system
• Background in engineering or another technical field

• Build a strong network within ecosystem to identify the top authors and bring them onto the Graphy platform

• Reach out to creators and build a strong pipeline of creators who could create a Graphy

• Setup Calls and introduce Graphy as the product and platform to create Graphies

• Cold call/email prospective leads.

• Find out interesting ways to source creator leads

• Find out interesting ways to close Graphers

• Close Creators to create Graphies

• Own the GMV from the Graphies closed

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all Graphers account management matters.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Graphers.

• Should have 3+ years relevant experience in business development or proven experience as category manager or similar role

• Solid knowledge of category management, business development principles

• Excellent communication skills

• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

• Book/Content market knowledge is an added advantage

• Experience in working in a collaborative team

• Experience in adding SAAS products is a plus.
