• International Process: ₹23,000 – ₹34,000 CTC/month
• Domestic Process (if applicable): ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 CTC/month

Role Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our International (Voice/Chat/Email) process in Jaipur. You will handle customer queries professionally, ensure timely resolution, and deliver a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Diagnose issues, provide accurate resolutions, and escalate when needed.
• Document interactions in CRM/tools and follow defined SLA/TAT.
• Collaborate with team/lead to improve customer satisfaction and KPIs.

Must-Have Skills

• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
• Customer first mindset; active listening and problem-solving.
• Typing accuracy and basic computer proficiency.
• Willingness to work night/rotational shifts for international support.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using the Laravel PHP framework.
• Write clean, efficient, and secure code following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or during testing.
• Implement Web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.
• Translate client requirements to application design.
• Should be familiar with CodeIgniter, Laravel etc.
• Strong Logical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of professional Laravel development experience.

B. Assist company in application discussion with clients and

generate enquiries.

   D. Convince client of superior technology and sell Electric type.

C. Fill up questionnaire during bidding stage for major bids, projects

& interact with client & team for quotes & all follow up.

D. Make weekly / monthly reports of client visits, review with

Management, team on enhancing market share, maintain list of

RFQ, quotes,Orders etc.

E. Make technical & application selling, quote preparation & follow

up with clients of all nature and starategise solution to ward

competition.

F. Take initiative in solving problems at site for products supplied

when called for.

G. Ensure guarantee runs, educate clients on proper running of our

products & minimize and solve guarantee   claims.

  J. Participate in exhibitions & educate clients on our product

features, screen web portal and download and bid new opportunities,

arrange vendor registration for domestic & international markets,

constant follow up with foreign agents.

This role will start out as work-from-home and then be based out of our office in Bangalore, India (post-restrictions). You’ll use your experience to create visually appealing designs that span multiple mediums. Primarily focused on creating the brand guidelines, establishing the brand aesthetic, building and managing a team, this role requires a self-starter who understands the scope of working in an early-stage startup and will also ensure a unified output from the whole team. This role spans marketing and curriculum.

• Create compelling graphics that follow PepKidz’s brand guidelines for traditional and digital mediums, including but not limited to, PepKidz’s curriculum, websites, social media channels, email campaigns, marketing programs, knowledgebase, training platform, presentations, videos, print material, and events

• Hire, Manage and scale the design team under your guidance and ensure the brand’s aesthetic is followed and maintained throughout different channels

• Respond quickly and work efficiently to manage incoming day-to-day graphic requests to support marketing programs including small illustrations, email headers, email body graphics, social media posts, WhatsApp posts, blog headers, handouts/flyers, print work, etc.

• Work with other Designers to ensure the PepKidz’s brand is consistently represented across all designs

• Utilize strong communication skills to engage with cross-functional team members to effectively collaborate and solicit feedback

• Incorporate constructive feedback from stakeholders into designs
