We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in React.js for front-end development and Java (Spring Boot) for back-end services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications, ensuring responsiveness and performance across the stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end web applications using React.js, Redux, Elastic Serach, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and QA to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Integrate with third-party APIs, services, and databases.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Design Intern to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Designing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications from scratch.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.

• Help refine and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.

Requirements

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
• Ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on designs.
• Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie), or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie).

Job Responsibilities

1. Expert knowledge of Web Application Development using PHP6 onwards.
2. Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
3. Must know at least two PHP frameworks out of Laravel, Cakephp, CodeIgniter and YII.
4. Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress, Joomla, Drupal etc. will be an added advantage.
5. Knowledge of eCommerce frameworks like WooCommerce, Magento, OpenCart etc. will be an added advantage.
6. Good knowledge of Object-Oriented Concepts & a strong passion for Software Development.
7. Strong Interaction and Design Sense
8. Familiarity with LAMP stack (Apache, MySQL and phpMyAdmin)
9. Comfortable with Linux / Unix based operating system, SQL and Script Programming.
10. Experience in Designing & Developing Database in MySQL is a MUST.
11. Setting up server, Pipelines and deployment knowledge will be a plus

What will you do?

• Develop IP-based communication platforms like video conferencing, IM, etc., new user-facing features, and enhance our main front-end platforms.

Skill Sets

• 5 to 6 years of hands-on industry experience in core front-end web development using Angular 9. x.
• 4 to 5 years of hands-on industry experience in real-time web application development using Socket.IO
• Strong knowledge of bi-directional communication between web clients and servers, design principles, multithreading, design patterns, and best practices behind a scalable application and ability to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Experience with one or more of the following domains: real-time collaboration application development, real-time multimedia communication application development, SIP application development, or Instant messaging (IM) application development.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, prototype inheritance, composition, partial page updates, and application rendering behaviour and performance.
• Proficient understanding of cross-platform compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues, code versioning tools such as Github.
• Experience with distributed memory caching systems, and web-socket communications such as Redis or Memcached.
• Working experience in cloud environments, and any NoSQL databases like Redis, DynamoDB, Cassandra etc.
