Inside Sales Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Pune. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for lead generation, client satisfaction, effective communication, and providing exceptional client service. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, building relationships with client & Vendors, identifying their needs, and promoting Rawmart's products and services.

Qualifications

• Experience in the trading sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree.

Certification is mandatory – PD1 /PD2.

Experience on Mulesoft Integration

Responsibilities:

• Develop application functionality using various coding languages.
• Setting security measures against various types of cybercrimes.
• Maintain client and server-side applications.
• Train the fellow team members on blockchain technology.
• Attend meetings, brainstorm sessions, and daily standup for enhancing your knowledge of new technologies.
• Adhering to all the rules and regulations of data protection for digital payments.
• Staying updated with the latest crypto technologies for data protection.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of exp in Designing, developing, and testing blockchain systems.
• Ability to write efficient and modular code.
• Good exp in preparing documentation on the blockchain development processes.
• Securing the blockchain network with new technologies.
• Utilize cryptography techniques to protect against hackers and other cyber attacks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• CA inter or CA final is preferred
• Work experience as an Accountant
• Must have strong knowledge and experience in Tally
• Must be willing to work from office and for 6-days a week
• Must have advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Responding to internal and external inquiries on-time as communicated by the management
• Assisting in financial Audit and auditing vendors
• Identifying and communicating opportunities for improvement in-terms of methods and practices followed
• Communicating any technical issues related to accounting

What you’ll be doing:

• Work with engineering and other teams to build & maintain our database requirements and answer big data questions
• Use your past DBA experience and industry wide best practices to scale and optimize the database services.
• Regularly conduct database health monitoring and diagnostics
• Create processes to ensure data integrity and identify potential data errors.
• Document and update procedures and processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems as they arise

What we look for in you:

• You have A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or another related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Database Administrator
• Proficiency administering PostgreSQL
• Extensive experience performing general troubleshooting database maintenance activities including backup and recovery, capacity planning, and managing user accounts.
• Experience in identifying and documenting risk areas and mitigation strategies for process and procedure activities.
• Experience in managing schemas, indexing, objects, and partitioning the tables.
• Experience in managing system configurations.
• Experience creating data design models, database architecture, and data repository design.
• Strong understanding of SQL tuning and optimization of query plans.
• Linux shell scripting skills and experience with production Linux environments
• Experience working with software engineers in a highly technical environment.
• Knowledge of 1+ programming language (e.g. C++, Scala, Java, JavaScript etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge administering MongoDB (Good to have)
