Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies and React. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously, possess excellent communication skills, and be capable of leading and mentoring a team while delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API) and React

·       Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple parallel projects

·       Handle project switching efficiently with minimal ramp-up time

·       Participate in architecture, design, and technical decision-making

·       Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers

Required Technical Skills:

·       Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices (preferred)

·       Database expertise: SQL Server (mandatory), NoSQL (added advantage)

·       Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper

·       Familiarity with Azure / AWS (preferred)

·       Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, DevOps practices

·       Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

About the Role:

We’re looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer to build and maintain modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack web apps.
• Build reusable React components and REST APIs.
• Work with databases (MongoDB) and cloud deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in MERN stack.
• Strong in JavaScript, React, Node, Express, MongoDB.
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and Git.

• Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications
• Utilize development skills to build (code) new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and automated unit tests
• Perform Code Reviews for all code written by the other developers, review code for team and industry standards compliance, and provide feedback to developers.
• Collaborating with other developers using version control (git).
• Facilitate/lead reviews of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team, and communicate design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to the team
• Guide and mentor junior full-stack developers. 

Roles/Responsibilities:

 Own a team of 15-20 Developers and QAs at various levels

 Provide continuous feedback, training and make sure team is working on their full

    potential at all time

 Review the architecture/design of a product/module/feature and provide feedback

 Architect, design and/or hands-on code the critical portion of a

   product/module/feature

 Mentor the tech-leads on architecting the product to deliver on-time
