Customer Service - Import

An Air Freight/Ocean Freight Process Associate is responsible for handling

various operational tasks such as Import and export related tasks.

Our role would be effective communication with stakeholders/Clients.

Roles and Responsibility:

* Pricing for International Ocean and Air operations

* Domestic (Inland) operations

* Freight cost negotiation for Sea/Air shipments with shipping line &

forwarders.

* This involves analyzing customer requirements, such as cargo volume, weight, destination, and delivery timeline, and calculating the

associated costs such as transportation charges, customs duties,

insurance, and any additional services required by the customer.
