We are looking for a talented Node.js + MySQL developer to join our dynamic team. As a Node.js + MySQL developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and efficient serverless applications, primarily using Node.js and MySQL.

Responsibilities For Node Developer:

1. Develop server-side applications using Node.js, Express.js, DynamoDB ,SQL and MySQL.

2. Design and implement RESTful APIs for various client applications.

3. Optimize application performance by implementing efficient database queries and caching mechanisms.

4. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

5. Implement security and data protection measures.

6. Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

7. Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development, testing, and production.

8. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in server-side development.

9. Stay updated on serverless architecture.

10.  Should have experience on serverless architecture.

11. Should have experience on AWS – lambda, eventbridge, layers, sqs, sns, api gateway, amplifier, cloud formation, websocket etc.

• The customer support team provides 24/7 high-quality customer engagement and a smooth experience.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving product-related issues, and guiding users through technical challenges.
• Deliver exceptional technical support by responding promptly to inbound queries, providing step-by-step guidance, and providing timely updates on open queries.
• Investigate and troubleshoot product-related issues in real-time, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to creating comprehensive product documentation, tutorials, and FAQs to empower the team and enhance self-help capabilities.
• Conducting thorough testing of new features within the test environment for a better understanding of the product.
• Provide status updates and conduct periodic meetings to keep clients up to date.
• Adhering to the escalation matrix promptly to guarantee that customer issues are addressed within the specified SLA.
• Maintain the KPIs and KRAs set to ensure alignment with organizational targets and goals.
• Adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure the team consistently provides resolutions under established standards.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.

About the Position:

The Professional Services Consultant (Developer/Team Lead) will be a technical leader accountable for gathering customer requirements, delivering best practice, and executing customer implementation projects while driving new revenue through identifying new opportunities and user adoption. The position also requires providing technical guidance and sharing best practices with the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the technical implementation of projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption of Egnyte solutions
• Act as liaison between customers and internal teams such as Engineering, Product Management and Technical Support to solve technical problems and propose new feature development

• Fluency of spoken and written command of English. Any other language is a plus.
