Job Description:

We are looking for an HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day HR operations. This internship is suitable for candidates who want hands-on exposure to recruitment and basic HR activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
• Screen resumes and shortlist profiles as per requirements
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
• Maintain candidate and recruitment data in Excel or ATS
• Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Assist the HR team with basic administrative tasks
• Communicate with candidates through calls, emails, and messages

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation/post-graduation (any discipline)
• Basic understanding of recruitment or HR processes
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
• Must have a personal laptop
• Available for a 4-month internship

Contract length: 4 months

Participate in project sprints and contribute to all phases of SDLC from requirements to

delivery.

• Collaborate with architects, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver production-

grade solutions.

• Develop, test, and maintain application modules in alignment with sprint goals.

• Ensure code quality through proper unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best

practices.

• Support implementation and post-go-live stabilization of solutions.

• Help troubleshoot, debug, and resolve incidents or enhancement requests from clients.

• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

• Take ownership of assigned modules and lead junior team members when required.

• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Analyze user data and feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to visualize the user experience.

Interaction Design (UX):

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to illustrate design concepts.
• Design intuitive and user-friendly navigation and information architecture.
• Ensure consistency and accessibility across all platforms and devices.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.

Visual Design (UI):

• Create visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
• Design high-fidelity mockups and UI components.
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
• Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of designs.

What are we looking for:

1. We are looking for someone that has an eye for design, solid experience in ReactJS, are value-driven and product-oriented. You will own all phases of user interface development.
2. From architecture and design to implementation and customer engagement. This role isn’t just about coding; it's about owning features end-to-end, translating them from concepts to user-centric products
3. Each engineer owns the feature they are building and is responsible for turning it into reality, and we will need your front-end expertise to find solutions to problems and challenges and deliver on roadmap objectives.
4. 4+ years of experience in web frontend technology, including React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
5. Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side state management, particularly React.js and Redux.
6. Knowledge of 2D visualization libraries like D3 and 3D visualization tools such as Three.js and WebGL is a plus.
7. Expertise in developing solutions for complex problems and integrations, with a strong product sense to balance technical and product requirements.
8. Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, tech, learning experience & marketing.
9. Independent and capable of producing 'production ready' code with minimal guidance.
10. Proficient in performance optimization and CDN caching strategies.
11. Nice to have: Full stack experience working in backend.

ASP DOT NET CORE DEVELOPER

Job Location- Vikhroli

We are looking for a passionate .NET Core Web Application Developer with a strong fundamental hands-on experience of C#, .Net Core and SQL.

Technical skills:

Experience in building multi-user .NET web applications using n-tier Architecture.

Expertise in Object oriented development experience (OOPS, Design Patterns, SOLID Principals) is a must.

At least 2 years in Web API, OData, Web Services and Entity Framework.

Good experience in ASP.NET, C#, Web Services and OOD concepts.

Strong javascript, jquery and css experience.

Good design skills using n-tier architectures (scalability, multithreading, caching, business & data layers) or SOA based application.

Should possess excellent MS SQL database skills, ability to write stored procedures, functions, triggers, SQL jobs, etc.

Excellent Debugging skills

Qualification: Bachelor Degree.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand existing Web applications & develop and maintain .NET Web applications.

Deliver within specified timelines and up to expected quality standards.

Enhance Web applications as per requests.

Perform root cause analysis to address issues reported.

Liaise with peers, if required, and coordinate with other teams (DB, Testing, Front-end) to ensure timely and qualitative delivery.

• 3+ years of experience in web development
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in React js
