We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, and a passion for writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack

You’d be joining a small team of experienced Product Managers who have helped build successful products at companies such as Gaana, Walnut, ICICI Bank among others.

• Installs the software/firmware/patches/Service packs on the server
• Configures the system as per customer requirement and established project SOW
• Analyzes call flow and works on dial-plan optimization and specific routing requests as defined by requests
• Troubleshooting SIP Server and Session Border Controller
• Informs the customer of any system anomalies, alarms and system administration freeze for the upcoming maintenance activity
• Troubleshooting Media processor errors resulting in poor voice quality
