Stipend

Chennai- 13k  (Backend role- DATA)

Bangalore- 18k (Voice and Email Chat role)

Mumbai- 18k (Voice and Email Chat role)

Pls note- there would be no deductions as the candidates would be hired as Apprentice for 12 months.

Work Type- Rotational Shifts

Pls note- Cab services will be provided to all the employees working during night shifts.

Position Requirements

- Basic knowledge of using MS office basic applications like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Notes, etc.

Essential Skills:

• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including night shifts)- 5 days a week.
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Flexibility to meet business requirements and fluctuating workload
• Organize, prioritize, and schedule work assignments.
• Hardworking and Smart working attitude with openness to feedback
• Have acceptable typing speed of at least 20 WPM/90% Accuracy

Roles & Responsibilities 

This role responds to customer queries and provide resolution, support and assistance to the customers pertaining to various products and services provided by our client through a blend/either of voice, email, web chat or backend documentation responses by delivering excellent customer service. Their goal is to educate and assist customers to make it as easy and as desirable as possible to do business.

• Deliver excellent customer service within shifts assigned including prompt resolution of customer related issues, complaints, enquiries or challenges.
• Should be abreast of all the key process related updates, SLAs, individual performance eventually contributing to team Performance.
• Grasp, comprehend & clear the training period with relevant tollgate scores.
• Attend all team briefing/meetings/coaching on a timely basis.
• Be knowledgeable of regular process changes provided.
• Seek guidance from Team leader/management and escalating when necessary or genuine needs arise.
• Maintain regular, reliable performance and attendance, including the daily schedule as assigned.
• Adhere to Company Code of Conduct & policies laid by the HR
• Handle inbound or outbound calls, chats, emails or data from customers (depending on process assigned)

Analyse and understand the JIRA business stories and design the technical solutions.  

• Design, Develop, and evaluate the AWS Cloud based technical solutions.  
• Lead, Track tasks, Oversee, and mentor less experienced team members.  
• Integrate with other SPE proprietary applications using RESTful webservices complying latest industry design and coding standards.  
• Strong Knowledge of technical principles, practices, and procedures to implement and keep SPEs standard complex system solutions.  
• Strong understanding and first-hand experience on agile software development approaches in a fast paced and continuously changing B2B marketing business environment.  
• Working on large scale systems development or integration projects, acting as the Project lead performing analysis and documenting technical requirements, data requirements, data architecture and relationships.  
• Provide subject matter expertise on overall IT solution, system and data flow architecture for Spring based micro services.  
• Provide primary technology support for in-house proprietary B2B projects with supported application platforms.  
• Review & approve Github Pull requests using the existing Application Development Frameworks and Coding Standards. 
• Provide production support in managing the application incidents and priority-based problem resolution.

Shift: UK Shift

Responsibilities:

· Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (Android and iOS) using Flutter framework.

· Implement robust and scalable solutions using best practices for state management (e.g., Provider, BLoC, or Riverpod) and architectural patterns (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture).

· Integrate with backend APIs (PHP/Laravel) to deliver seamless functionality.

· Collaborate with the design team to create engaging and user-friendly interfaces.

· Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness.

· Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.

· Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality.

· Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

· 4+ years of experience in mobile application development, with a strong focus on Flutter.

· Deep understanding of Flutter framework, including state management, UI widgets, and asynchronous programming.

· Experience with integrating RESTful APIs.

· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.

· Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Experience with Firebase and Google Cloud Platform is a plus.

• Experienced in using Mobile Views on iOS and Android
