
Associate Creative Strategist
As an Associate Creative Strategist, you will support the Creative Strategy Head in developing, writing, and executing influencer-led and social-first campaigns. This role is ideal for someone early in their creative career who is strong in creative writing, understands platform-native content, and can translate insights into compelling concepts, scripts, and creator-ready ideas.
You will collaborate closely with strategy, influencer, design, and client-facing teams to ensure smooth creative execution across every stage of the campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Writing & Concept Development
- Write campaign ideas, hooks, scripts, reel concepts, captions, and creator briefs across categories (health, wellness, lifestyle, etc.).
- Convert insights and strategy into clear, sharp, execution-ready creative concepts.
- Develop content grids, short-form video scripts, storyboards, and messaging frameworks.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand tonality, messaging, and platform guidelines.
Campaign Execution & Creative Coordination
- Review creator content (reels, shorts, stories, posts) and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Coordinate deliverables between creators, designers, and internal teams.
- Ensure timely production and delivery of creative assets.
- Maintain consistency between the original concept and final execution across all deliverables.
Social Media & Trend Intelligence
- Track daily social trends, viral formats, emerging creators, popular audio, and platform changes.
- Identify creative opportunities based on consumer behavior and content performance.
- Maintain a repository of best-performing content formats, references, and idea starters.
- Share weekly insights with the creative team on what’s performing across platforms.
Campaign & Content Development
- Support in creating concept notes, pitch decks, content calendars, and mood boards.
- Build platform-specific creative ideas for Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and X.
- Assist in scripting short-form videos, creator UGC, and influencer-driven storytelling.
- Work with influencer managers to align creators with campaign concepts.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Collaborate with the design team for visual references and creative assets.
- Work with strategy and media teams to understand objectives, target audiences, and KPIs.
- Support client servicing teams with creative recommendations and content needs.
- Requirements 3+ years of experience in creative writing, content creation, social media, influencer marketing, or creative strategy.
- Strong writing skills for short-form content, scripts, captions, and creator-friendly ideas.
- Solid understanding of platform-native storytelling for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
- Ability to identify trends, formats, and evolving creator styles.
- Good communication skills for internal discussions and creator coordination.
- Experience contributing to brainstorming, idea development, and deck creation.

What are the kinds of tasks Data Scientists do at TensorIoT?
As a Data Scientist, the kinds of tasks revolve around the data that we have and the business objectives of the client. The tasks generally involve: Studying, understanding, and analyzing datasets; feature engineering, proposing and solutions, evaluating the solution scientifically, and communicating with the client. Implementing ETL pipelines with database/data lake tools. Conduct and present scientific research/experiments within the team and to the client.

- Hands-on experience in MLOps (model deployment, maintenance).
