Responsibilities:
- Responsible for conceptualization, design and production of collaterals including, digital/social media creatives, newsletters, landing pages, web banners, and promotional campaigns for web, pitch decks and email templates
- Responsible for delivering real time designs relevant to Social Media Platforms and Google ads promotion
- Understanding of UI/ UX design and development and creating workflows for landing pages
- Work with agency teams to establish AthenaOwl’s brand identity
- Visual communication / storytelling through illustration, graphic design and typography
- Creating infographics - breaking down complex information into easily understandable visual representations
- Come up with new and out of the box design and creative ideas
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in the design and creative industry
The ideal candidate should have:

- School sales : Primary responsibility is to sell to schools and bring them onboard o Tie up with schools and onboard them so that we can offer the the comapny plan to the parents in the school
- Negotiate and get into commercial agreements with schools o Upsell our other payment products in the schools
- Stakeholder Management in Schools:
- Enable the company to liaison with the schools tied up with, for close to everything from meeting the parents, doing events etc.
- Forge a strong relationship with the school management and principal and be their first port of call on anything to do with finances
- Team Building- Build a high quality sales team and lead it in that city

As the Data Science Engineer in CREST, you will
● Write reusable code and build libraries for future use
● Establish solid data-pipelines and automate routine tasks
● Develop & deploy custom Machine Learning (ML) models using the latest
research in ML and Natural Language Processing (NLP)

Job Description:
As a versatile business development intern under our organisation, you would be responsible for:
1)Collaborating with the marketing/sales team to ensure that monthly sales targets are reached and to increase our outreach.
2) Managing the logistics for conducting our workshops for free in prominent orphanages around their city and seeking viable partnerships with schools around the country.
3) Ensuring the smooth conduction of our scholarship exams and handling all the facets of the sales cycle including lead generation.
4) Handling B2B deals with coaching centres and handling events in partner universities.
5)Generating and implementing viable strategies to see about our expansion.
