Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline

- Turn sales targets from numbers into milestones
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Brings 1-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience selling into mid-market or enterprise customers in the US primarily in a hunting role
- Has a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota of $600,000 or higher
- Full-lifecycle experience in pipeline generation, nurturing and closing deals.
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to an AI-first sales world
- Can build relationships that feel more like partnerships than pitches
- Breathes entrepreneurial spirit and is self-motivated
Preferred Background : Extra points if you've -
- Sold directly to technical leadership (CTOs or VPs of Engineering)
- Navigated the wild world of dev tools
- Thrived in the controlled chaos of early-stage startups
