Technical Requirements:

• Strong experience in Java Backend Development
• Proficiency in both SQL & NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Basic knowledge of DevOps tools (CI/CD pipeline)
• Familiarity with cloud providers (AWS, GCP)
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools, and automation solutions
• Strong problem-solving mindset with an interest in leveraging AI and data-driven approaches for backend optimizations

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience building successful production software systems
• A solid grounding in Computer Science fundamentals (based on a BS or MS in CS or related field)
• The ability to take convert raw requirements into good design while exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs
• Expertise in System design (design patterns, LLD, HLD, Solid principle, OOAD, Distributed systems etc..), Architecture (MVC/Micro services).

What we are looking for

• At-least 3 years of experience of development on backend applications. Full stack experience is a cherry on the top!
• Experience / knowledge of designing robust systems, maintaining & scaling them
• Experience with usage of NoSQL databases like MongoDB & with SQL and RDBMS Systems
• Experience of creating applications with any of the popular frameworks in Python, Java, GoLang, Node
• Experience with JS frontend frameworks like React, Angular, Vue etc is a big plus
• Well versed with versioning systems like git
• Understanding of rest API implementation
