Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Strategic Workforce Planning
Identify talent needs and translate them into a comprehensive recruitment plan aligned with business priorities.
Ensure hiring plans are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Develop a deep understanding of role requirements, including technical skills, experience, and behavioral competencies required for success.
Stakeholder Partnership
Conduct detailed vacancy intake discussions with hiring managers to align on expectations, hiring strategy, and timelines.
Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders by sharing market insights, talent availability, and hiring trends.
Continuously evolve recruitment strategies based on changing business needs and market dynamics.
End-to-End Recruitment Management
Create and manage hiring plans with clear deliverables, milestones, and formal tracking mechanisms.
Coordinate, schedule, and conduct interviews in line with role specifications and organizational standards.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates to build strong shortlists within consistent timelines.
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences to ensure strong role fit.
Talent Pipeline & Sourcing
Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing, research, and relationship management.
Leverage internal talent pools, referrals, job portals, social media, agencies, and other sourcing channels effectively.
Ensure a continuous pipeline of ready-to-hire talent for critical and future roles.
Process Excellence & Data-Driven Decisions
Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate experience.
Use data insights to improve hiring efficiency, decision-making, and overall recruitment outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes, tools, and systems.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and guide Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure high performance and capability development.
Set clear goals, review performance, and foster a collaborative and high-accountability culture within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment
- Drive the complete hiring cycle for entry to mid-senior roles.

Sourcing & Market Research
- Build strong talent pipelines for critical roles.

Requirements
- 0–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or HR Operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related fields; MBA is a plus.

- Understanding of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and social recruiting.

- Strong Technical Recruiter profile
