- Assisting and coordinating with operations team

- Should be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.
- Responsible for rendering useful administrative support to other members of the customer care team.
- Responsible for documenting all calls with regards to participant inquires accurately using Call Tracking System.
- Responsible for monitoring Call tracking for responses from administrative team so call returns are done in a timely fashion.
- Responsibility is to Follow-up with participants within a 24-hour period in regards to the initial phone call even if it is to just touch base and let participant know inquiry is still be researched.
- Responsibility is to answer participant questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Sales Pitching & Deal Closure:
- Develop persuasive sales pitches and proposals for outbound prospects.

- Drive the sales process from initial outreach to closing the deal.
Pipeline Management & Target Achievement:
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward targets.

· Strong skills in addressing objections, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals.
Market Research & Sales Insights:
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market conditions.

- 5+ years of relevant experience as an individual contributor working on the frontend technologies
- Strong technical foundation and experience building user interfaces for complex applications.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model

- The QA Analyst will be expected to complete manual testing on both iOS and Android devices, be able to enter findings into Jira, and follow up on defects discovered
- PRD Reviews, Test Case coverage and Execution, able to handle End to End Application testing and release process.
- API testing experience and Basic SQL knowledge
