What You’ll Do

● Deploy, automate and maintain web-scale infrastructure with leading public cloud vendors such as Amazon Web Services, Digital Ocean & Google Cloud Platform.

● Take charge of DevOps activities for CI/CD with the latest tech stacks.

● Acquire industry-recognized, professional cloud certifications (AWS/Google) in the capacity of developer or architect Devise multi-region technical solutions.

● Implementing the DevOps philosophy and strategy across different domains in organisation.

● Build automation at various levels, including code deployment to streamline release process

● Will be responsible for architecture of cloud services

● 24*7 monitoring of the infrastructure

● Use programming/scripting in your day-to-day work

● Have shell experience - for example Powershell on Windows, or BASH on *nix

● Use a Version Control System, preferably git

● Hands on at least one CLI/SDK/API of at least one public cloud ( GCP, AWS, DO)

● Scalability, HA and troubleshooting of web-scale applications.

● Infrastructure-As-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation

● CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, CircleCI

● Container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift

● Monitoring and alerting systems: e.g. NewRelic, AWS CloudWatch, Google StackDriver, Graphite, Nagios/ICINGA

What you bring to the table

● Hands on experience in Cloud compute services, Cloud Function, Networking, Load balancing, Autoscaling.

● Hands on with GCP/AWS Compute & Networking services i.e. Compute Engine, App Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Function, Networking (VPC, Firewall, Load Balancer), Cloud SQL, Datastore.

● DBs: Postgresql, MySQL, Elastic Search, Redis, kafka, MongoDB or other NoSQL systems

● Configuration management tools such as Ansible/Chef/Puppet

Responsibilities:

• Experience in building scalable, responsive applications using server-side Angular 2+, HTML5, CSS3, Less/Sass, DOM, and related libraries.
• Familiarity with concepts related to data flow and component-driven architectures with practical experience based on Angular 2+.

• Lead a team to migrate an existing large-scale enterprise application to the Angular framework
• Utilize Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, GraphQL, NgRx, HTML5, CSS Preprocessors (SASS), to develop dynamic and engaging applications, consistent across all browsers and platforms.
• A deep understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms, inclusive of SASS.
• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Significant knowledge of visual aesthetic components and elements such as fonts, layout, color, graphics, etc.
• Work with an experienced set of teams and developers Writing clean, production-ready code, which will be integrated with the backend/APIs.
• Work with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and comps into interactive HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Work in a rapid development-to-production release environment of Java Web-based commercial applications.
• Participate in collaborative teams (Product Managers, Project Managers, System Architect, Technical Leads, QA Analysts, UX, and Developers) pursuing Agile practices, including Scrum.
•  Actively involved throughout the project lifecycle, oftentimes starting with rapid prototypes early in the design phase
• You will also be bridging the gap between the visual elements and the server-side infrastructure, taking an active role on both sides, and defining how the application looks and functions.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with UI technologies - Angular, AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Typescript, JSON
• Front end technologies: Angular.js (1.x), Angular (4-12), HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap
• Excellent Javascript knowledge and programming experience with ES5/ES6
• Solid understanding and development experience in Angular
• Experience consuming REST APIs
• Experience with client-side architecture and design patterns
• Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
• Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Node.JS, Git Bash, npm,  yarn, grunt, bower, less, webpack, Jenkins, JIRA, git, GitLab

• Get involved in the entire customer lifecycle from on-boarding through the duration of their subscription period 
• Provide product training to enable the customers to realize the potential of the company
• Identify product usage gaps and provide actionable solutions to the customers 
• Build value-based relationships with customers and create company champions 
• Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (EBRs and QBRs) to understand customer lifecycle milestones, communicate the value of our product, showcase ROI, 
• Drive desired customer outcomes through a consultative approach

• Identify opportunities of upselling and cross-selling along with the Account Managers 
• Identify appropriate business use cases where the company can be deployed

• Communicate and brain-storm with the product team on customer feedback and help refine product roadmap 
• Work with the marketing team to execute customer surveys, case studies, etc 
• Identify and Process Success milestones for the customers 
• Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives 
• Drive customer advocacy through reviews, testimonials, customer meetups; and create a center of excellence within the customer's organization 

Our ideal Customer Success Manager: 

• Has relevant 3 to 7 years of work experience (CSM - 3 to 5 yrs; Sr CSM - 4 to 6 yrs; Lead or Principal CSM - More than 7 yrs)  in a high-touch Customer Success / Strategic Consulting role in a B2B SaaS or Tech Product based company 
• Being an organization that believes in a flat hierarchy, we have only 1 people manager per region for the CS team and everyone else, including those with 15+ yrs of Customer Facing experience add value to the company and its customers in the capacity of an individual contributor 
• Should be open to aligning with the US / EU time zone (5 PM to 2:00 AM / 1 PM to 10 PM IST). Note - The company does provide free lunch + dinner, and a cab drop facility with an additional allowance for the ones working in the US time zone.
