Roles and Responsibilities
§ Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook etc.
§ Tracking and reporting on social media responses by analyzing traffic to the site
§ Update our social media pages with compelling company news, events, celebrations or solutions and services
§ Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner

§ Optimize social media content (language, message, tone) on the basis of the behaviour of our target audience

Promotional videos and Reels to be used across a variety of online
platforms and social media channels.
§ To help us maximise our online profile and develop our ever-growing social media presence through the creation of video driven strategies and digital media content.
§ Pays attention to trends on Instagram Reels creating and analyzing what works for our business.
§ Coordinate with the creative department to create advertising/engagement posts (e.g. for Company Events, Job posts, etc.)
§ Contribute to the creation of various content materials including: Blogs, Articles, Website Pages, Email templates, Social Media posts etc
§ Develop a deep understanding of MHFAI’s business, brand voice, and target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Video Editing:
- Edit raw footage into a cohesive and visually appealing final product, including cutting and trimming scenes, rearranging sequences, and adding transitions.
- Incorporate music, dialogues, graphics, and special effects to enhance the video’s narrative and visual appeal.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a shot decision list based on scenes’ value and contribution to continuity.
2.Special Effects and Graphics:
- Add special effects, motion graphics, and animations to enhance video storytelling and visual appeal.
- Create or incorporate pre-existing graphics, such as lower thirds, titles, and credits, into the video.
3.Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the director, producers, and other team members to understand the vision and requirements for each project.
- Provide creative input during brainstorming sessions and offer suggestions for improving the video’s narrative and visual style.
- Communicate regularly with the production team to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Color Correction and Grading:
- Perform color correction to ensure consistency and accuracy across all scenes.
- Apply color grading techniques to create the desired mood and atmosphere in the video.
4.File Management and Archiving:
- Organize and manage digital video files, ensuring proper naming conventions and storage for easy retrieval.
- Archive completed projects in an organized manner for future reference or reuse.
5.Quality Control:
- Review final videos to ensure they meet technical standards for broadcasting, including resolution, aspect ratio, and audio quality.
- Make necessary revisions based on feedback from clients or stakeholders.
6.Continuous Learning and Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest video editing software, tools, and techniques.
- Attend workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enhance video editing skills and keep up with industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects).
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and editing workflows.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for visual composition and storytelling.

Product photographers and videographers:
· Professional mastery of video and audio editing software and programs
· Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
