Key Responsibilities
Content Production
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media, campaigns, and brand communication.
Capture food, interiors, events, pop-ups, and lifestyle content that highlights brand identity.
Deliverables tailored to platform needs (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.).
Creative Input
Collaborate with the marketing team to ideate storytelling concepts.
Suggest innovative formats, transitions, and editing styles to keep content fresh and engaging.
Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage into polished final videos with strong narrative flow.
Add sound design, color grading, text overlays, and effects as required.
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across all content.
Event & Activation Coverage
Capture on-ground events, pop-ups, collaborations, and influencer activations.
Produce highlight reels and behind-the-scenes content in real time when needed.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with the Social Media and Brand Marketing teams to align content with strategy.
Manage equipment, lighting, and shoot logistics independently or with vendors.
Asset Management
Maintain an organized video library of raw footage and final edits.
Ensure all content is backed up and easily accessible.
Requirements
4–7 years of proven experience in videography and editing (preferably for F&B, lifestyle, or digital-first brands).
Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of social-first formats (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok-style).
Ability to shoot with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and handle lighting setups.
Creative eye for storytelling, framing, and editing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple shoots.
Note: Final selection will be based on the completion of an onsite assignment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Interpret scripts, briefs, and concepts into visual sequences that clearly communicate the story flow.
- Work closely with the Motion Graphics Designer to ensure smooth translation of storyboard to animation.
- Create sketches, frames, and compositions that capture camera angles, transitions, and visual style.

- Strong Storyboarding Visualiser profile
- Must have 2+ years of experience in designing/visualisation with experience in creating storyboards for animation, video, or marketing content
- Must have experience in conceptualising visual stories, including interpreting scripts, briefs, or creative ideas into clear visual sequences
- Must have experience in client/team management, coordinating with designers, animators, copywriters, and clients to ensure creative deliverables meet brand and project standards.
- Must have knowledge of motion graphics and video editing, including tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent software, with an understanding of how storyboards translate into animation.
- Must have strong drawing and visual storytelling skills, with the ability to convey mood, movement, action, camera angles, transitions, and composition in both digital and traditional formats.
- Strong portfolio/work samples showcasing storyboards, motion graphics, visual storytelling, or video/design projects. Portfolio should clearly demonstrate creativity, drawing ability, sequencing, and software proficiency.

Create Photo and Video content for Hidesign, The Promenade & Le Dupleix hotels, Storytellers’ Bar, Le Pondichery & Casablanca.
Creating content will require
Research and planning for the shoots
Shoot Videos and Photos on the planned date, in coordination with the different teams within the company and sourcing products & models if required.
Edit and colour grade the Videos and photos using phone apps as well as softwares such as Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop, Lightroom.
This content will be used for Social media posts & reels, instore videos, website banners etc
The Content creator will understand reel & post engagement, and continuously improve on various content buckets like – trending reels / educational / entertainment / asmr etc.
