
We are seeking a highly experienced Anaplan Senior Modeler with deep expertise in Supply Chain Planning to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive the design, build, and optimization of complex Anaplan models, directly influencing strategic decision-making for global clients. You will collaborate with Anaplan Solution Architects and may independently lead model development components in fast-paced, high-impact projects.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable Anaplan models, dashboards, and workflows based on business needs.
- Implement model logic for demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OP.
- Optimize calculations and leverage ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for version control and model promotion.
- Work with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to translate planning requirements into functional Anaplan solutions.
- Integrate data using Anaplan Connect, CloudWorks, and other ETL tools; manage data accuracy and flow.
- Support UAT, provide user training, and offer post-deployment model support.
- Ensure model performance, scalability, and adherence to Anaplan best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with Anaplan updates, features, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT or business consulting, with strong Anaplan modeling exposure
- Anaplan Level 3 Model Builder Certification is mandatory
- Proven experience building end-to-end supply chain planning models (Demand, Supply, Inventory)
- Familiarity with financial planning or pricing modules in Anaplan is a plus
- Strong multi-dimensional modeling and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of data integration tools and strategies
- Excellent communication skills; ability to bridge technical and non-technical discussions
