Job Title: Salesforce Business Development Executive

We are looking for a motivated Salesforce Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, identifying new opportunities, and building strong client relationships for our Salesforce consulting and implementation services.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and networking.
• Promote Salesforce consulting, implementation, customization, App Development, CPQ, Agentforce, API Integration, and Data Migration services.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the pre-sales team to propose suitable Salesforce solutions.
• Schedule meetings, prepare proposals, and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in IT/SaaS/Salesforce business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Knowledge of Salesforce services and CRM solutions is preferred.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in enterprise technology sales.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in developing Enterprise Web Applications using Java/J2EE technologies with a good professional track record.
