Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP GRC Process Control (PC) Consultant with strong expertise in governance, risk, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP GRC PC configuration, control design, and integration with SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP GRC Process Control (PC)
• Configure controls, subprocesses, and organizations in GRC PC
• Design and maintain automated and manual controls
• Monitor compliance activities and control effectiveness
• Perform control testing and remediation tracking
• Integrate GRC PC with SAP ECC / S/4HANA systems
• Coordinate with audit, risk, and business teams
• Support upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Required Skills

Key responsibilities:

● Work closely with the design and product teams to help craft conversational experiences for our users

● Ability to work independently to deliver features that the team design

● You need to own outcomes without someone watching over you

● Understand the data we have and identify how we could leverage it to create more personalised experiences for our users.

● Fine tune models with data specific to our use case

● Use different RAG approaches to augment data that the LLM already has

● Ability to be a leader and independent contributor (we’re a startup so be ready to do whatever it takes)

● Setup new workflow, systems and tool from the ground up (you will have support, but we’re building things from scratch)

● Understanding of financial concepts and investing would be a big plus but not required

A Desktop Support Engineer is responsible for providing technical assistance to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations. The role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, peripherals, and network connections while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide first-level support for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Assist users with operating system, application, and connectivity problems.
• Perform system updates, patch installations, and regular maintenance.
• Maintain and manage IT assets, ensuring proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve printer, scanner, and other peripheral issues.
• Support remote users through phone, email, or remote desktop tools.

• Ensure security protocols and best practices are followed for system safety.
• Document solutions, processes, and user issues for future reference.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic Linux troubleshooting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, email configurations, and software installations.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware components.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user account management, and system policies.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

In this role, you will have end to end ownership of a business vertical, owning upwards of USD  3-5 million revenue goals in the next 1-2 years. You will directly lead a global sales team, and  cross functionally work with marketing, content, design and other verticals to drive your  business objectives.  

The north star metrics for the role is revenue. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

Designing and implementing the growth strategy to meet business objectives - which includes  sales planning, demand generation, product roadmap & customer experience. Below are some  responsibilities that this will entail: 

• Identifying target geographies and schools that we will focus on 
• Understanding the consumer needs & market landscape to define the product roadmap • Working with the marketing team to identify hot leads and ways to target them • Conceptualising and executing cold email campaigns for schools across the world • Generating relevant content to nurture schools: presentations, case studies, emails, etc. • Conducting demos with schools expressing inbound interest 
• Building relations with schools, nurturing them by identifying their context • Negotiating and finalising deals with schools and school districts 
• Working with the school success team to smoothly handover converted schools • Bringing in operational efficiency across all sales related processes 

Is this someone that looks like you? 

• Experience: 3-6 years experience of - driving sales in the B2B SaaS space, or P&L  responsibility in a technology start-up (B2B SaaS is preferred)
