Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced International Admission Counsellor to handle end-to-end overseas education admissions. The role involves student counselling, university & course shortlisting, application processing, and student conversion for international programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students for international admissions (UG / PG / Doctorate)
- Guide students on country, university & program selection
- Assess student profiles and eligibility for overseas universities
- Handle application processing, documentation & submission
- Provide guidance on SOP, CV & LOR requirements
- Coordinate with universities for offer letters & follow-ups
- Manage student leads via calls, WhatsApp & virtual counselling
- Ensure timely follow-ups and conversion of leads
- Maintain accurate records in CRM / Excel
- Meet monthly admission and conversion targets

4. Revenue Signals, Cross-sell & Proactiveness:
- Identify and share qualified upsell, cross-sell, or referral opportunities during customer interactions.
- Highlight relevant MyOperator products or features based on customer needs.
- Share opportunities clearly with the Account Manager via CRM or defined processes.
5. Process Adherence & CRM Hygiene:
- Follow defined support processes, workflows, and communication guidelines.
