Requirements

• Proven graphic designing experience of at least 1 Year

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, premier pro)

• A keen eye for aesthetics and details

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs and determine requirements

• Schedule projects and define budget constraints

• Conceptualize visuals based on requirements

• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas

• Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand

• Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic

• Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design

• Test graphics across various media

• Amend designs after feedback

• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain digital payment processing solutions using .NET, Go (Golang), Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, Azure, IVR, and cloud-based platforms.
• Build and optimize REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
• Lead integrations across payment gateways, SAP, Dynamics 365, Azure services, contact center platforms, and external enterprise systems.
• Implement secure, scalable, and high-performance payment solutions compliant with PCI DSS, SOX, SOC2, ISO 27001, and related standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver containerized solutions using Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps.
• Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements in integrations and data flows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, test plans, solution designs, and best practices.
• Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise application development and system integrations.
• 5+ years of experience in Digital Payment Processing applications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in GoLang and .NET backend development.
• Strong expertise in REST APIs, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Cloud.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BRIM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, IVR systems, and high-volume transaction processing.
• Proficiency in Git, Azure DevOps (ADO), CI/CD, and performance optimization.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Kafka, RabbitMQ, Prometheus, Grafana, Terraform, Helm.
• DevOps/SRE background.
• Experience in tolling, transportation, or large-scale payment systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM practices and enterprise SAP projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

Role / Purpose - Lead Developer - API and Microservices

Must have a strong hands-on development track record building integration utilizing a variety of integration products, tools, protocols, technologies, and patterns.

• Must have an in-depth understanding of SOA/EAI/ESB concepts, SOA Governance, Event-Driven Architecture, message-based architectures, file sharing, and exchange platforms, data virtualization and caching strategies, J2EE design patterns, frameworks
• Should possess experience with at least one of middleware technologies (Application Servers, BPMS, BRMS, ESB & Message Brokers), Programming languages (e.g. Java/J2EE, JavaScript, COBOL, C), Operating Systems (e.g. Windows, Linux, MVS), and Databases (DB2, MySQL, No SQL Databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.)
• Must have experience implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market-leading API Management tools such as Apigee and frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices
• Should have Advanced skills in implementing API Service architectures (SOAP, REST) using any of the market-leading API Management tools such as Apigee or similar frameworks such as Spring Boot for Microservices 
• Appetite to manage large-scale projects and multiple tracks
•  Experience and knowhow of the e-commerce domain and retail experience are preferred
