What you will be doing?✓Handling Supplier pay-outs on a regular basis
✓Review of system generated reports and manual calculations and ensuring right pay-outs are processed on a timely basis
✓Review and analysis of various type of payments.
✓Ability to reconcile & verify the logistic invoices issued by logistic companies.
✓Ability to make reconciliation of payment received from various payment gateways
✓Ability to reconcile & follow up on COD amount collectable from logistic companies on daily basis
✓Internal coordination with business teams and understanding their requirements.
✓Working with data science team and IT team on providing data level requirements and identification and communication of issues.What do we expect?

Requirements:
- A minimum of 3+ years of proven experience with Zoho CRM is a mandatory requirement; you must be an expert in the platform.
- Hands-on experience with coding and development within Zoho CRM (e. g., Deluge scripting, API integration, custom functions, and workflow automation).

Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
Application Development
- Work with Salesforce Tech Lead on requirements gathering/design workshops and define system design and solutions to be implemented on the Salesforce Platform
- Responsible for designing/configuring, developing, testing, training, documenting, and deploying high-quality code and adhering to best practices on the platform
- Design, develop and integrate Salesforce apps and components with back-office systems such as ERP systems using modern web tools and technologies
- Assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving defects encountered during various stages of project delivery, including during deployment and implementation in production environments
- Write well-structured code using Apex, LWC, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML using the appropriate features and capabilities of each framework or language
System Administration
- Provide system administration support for the Salesforce environment, especially related to customized applications, user permissions, security settings, custom objects, and workflow
- Creating and maintaining system interface diagrams, functional designs, and technical specifications documentation
