Roles and Responsibilities

Responsibilities Include:

• Translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of custom analytics products and wide web applications
• Will work with the R&D and Analytics team to bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation
• Take an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works

Ideal Candidate

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience developing new user-facing features
• Strong working knowledge of front-end frameworks (Angular 2+ versions)

• Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

• Architect new systems and improve existing ones by instrumenting best practices and technologies.
• Identify and build automated tools for release management, deployment, monitoring and reporting
• Identity and implement latest technologies and frameworks for application system stack, deployments, automation, capacity management, resource orchestration and availability.
• Responsible for fixing support escalation cases and conducting post-incident reviews / Root Cause Analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have atleast 5-6 years of experience into Project Management
• Define project responsibilities with stakeholders..
• The candidate should have experience in Banking domain/mobility solutions
• The candidate should have coding experience of at least 2 years in any of the skills Java/DB/Android.
• Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologie

Job Responsibilities
Participate in detailed level in design, coding, code walk through, peer code reviews and unit testing,  System Testing, UAT, Demos, POCs, installation, maintenance of Software modules.

1. Develop User interfaces for Modern Rich Internet Applications with the latest Front End Technologies Perform product analysis and development tasks of increasingly complex nature which may require extensive research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• Management and resolve customer complaints
• Sell products and place customer orders in the computer system
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
• Manage calls and respond to customer’s email
• Provide product and services information to customers
• Approach expected customers and give a presentation on current projects and services
• Research required information using available resources
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
• Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
• Follow up customer calls where necessary

Qualifications and skills:

• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• 2-3 years of experience in a call center environment
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
• Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills (Fluency in English, preferred American accent)
• Ability to handle the stressful situation appropriately

Associate Lawyer has to complete extensive case-related research into relevant case laws for a particular case. They must plan and present arguments in a court of law.

Also, Associate Lawyer is responsible for keeping everyone – from firm's senior advocates to clients – updated of the progress of a case by creating reports as well communicating verbally.
