Key Deliverables of the Role
• Digital sales – work with brands on mandate to build their digital channels like DTC & help grow ecommerce sales through effective on platform performance marketing strategies
• Performance marketing – create right plans for fast digital growth on DTC & Ecommerce and other alternate channels
• SEO – work with brands to close the right SEO framework for ensuring maximum oraganic traffic potential and executing strtagey for growing organic traffic
• Marketing measurement – deep diving and understanding the conversion funnel on DTC & Ecom to help brands grow & convert better
• Work on reports for digital campaign effectiveness and asset management.

As a part of your role as UX designer, you will be responsible for various client projects in different domains. You will be required to apply different UX processes after understanding the business needs and have good communication to present the work done to the client. You will work closely with the UI and development team to make sure the designs are delivered as per the UX.

As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with a team that helps the best organizations in the world solve some of their most business problems. The consultant is a full member of the client engagement team. You will work on the client projects with your phamax colleagues and with the client team “owning” your piece of the project. Typically, our engagements usually last 6 to 12 weeks. As a Consultant, you will be assigned to two or three engagements at a time.  Manage or work closely with project manager on various types of analytics consulting projects  Work closely together with the project team and clients based out of Europe and US on various consulting projects involving pharmaceutical audit and other secondary data (publicly available) and associated databases  Identify/track, and compile and validate market/competitor information on pharmaceutical, health and life science domains  Developing customized analysis for specific business problems  Develop (or assist PM) methodologies for various types of consulting projects (Market assessment, forecasting, market entry strategy, BD and Licensing)  Support sales team by developing concept notes and proposals  Solution oriented: Able to provide solutions to client business problem  Interact with clients and understand the business problem and able to provide appropriate solutions  Required to travel abroad depending on the project needs

Responsibilities :

- Design and build applications for the IOS platform.

- Ensure the performance, quality & responsiveness of applications.

- Collaborate with the team to define, design & ship new features.

- Identify & correct bottlenecks & fix bugs

Requirements :

- Good experience with Objective-C /SWIFT and ISO SDK.

- Good working knowledge in Cocoa Touch.

- Experience with memory management & caching mechanisms specific to mobile devices.

- Experience working with IOS frameworks Such as core data, core animation, core graphics & core text.

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Good understanding of data structures & algorithms & their space & time complexity

- Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert the design into code fluently.

- We love start-ups. Any prior experience building or working in a start-up is a huge plus

Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate is a strong software developer or a researcher with experience building and shipping production grade data science applications at scale. Such a candidate has keen interest in liaising with the business and product teams to understand a business problem, and translate that into a data science problem. You are also expected to develop capabilities that open up new business productization opportunities.

We are looking for someone with 6+ years of relevant experience working on problems in NLP or Computer Vision with a Master's degree (PhD preferred).

Key problem areas
- Preprocessing and feature extraction noisy and unstructured data -- both text as well as images.
- Keyphrase extraction, sequence labeling, entity relationship mining from texts in different domains.
- Document clustering, attribute tagging, data normalization, classification, summarization, sentiment analysis.
- Image based clustering and classification, segmentation, object detection, extracting text from images, generative models, recommender systems.
- Ensemble approaches for all the above problems using multiple text and image based techniques.

Relevant set of skills
- Have a strong grasp of concepts in computer science, probability and statistics, linear algebra, calculus, optimization, algorithms and complexity.
- Background in one or more of information retrieval, data mining, statistical techniques, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Excellent coding skills on multiple programming languages with experience building production grade systems. Prior experience with Python is a bonus.
- Experience building and shipping machine learning models that solve real world engineering problems. Prior experience with deep learning is a bonus.
- Experience building robust clustering and classification models on unstructured data (text, images, etc). Experience working with Retail domain data is a bonus.
- Ability to process noisy and unstructured data to enrich it and extract meaningful relationships.
- Experience working with a variety of tools and libraries for machine learning and visualization, including numpy, matplotlib, scikit-learn, Keras, PyTorch, Tensorflow.
- Use the command line like a pro. Be proficient in Git and other essential software development tools.
- Working knowledge of large-scale computational models such as MapReduce and Spark is a bonus.
- Be a self-starter—someone who thrives in fast paced environments with minimal ‘management’.
- It's a huge bonus if you have some personal projects (including open source contributions) that you work on during your spare time. Show off some of your projects you have hosted on GitHub.
