Position: Lead Generation Intern

About the Role  

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist Intern who is interested in learning how businesses identify and approach potential clients. In this role, you will help the team find potential leads, organize prospect information, and support outreach efforts. This internship is ideal for someone who wants hands-on experience in business development and sales research.

Responsibilities

- Identify potential clients through online research and professional platforms such as LinkedIn  

- Collect relevant information such as company details, contact information, and decision-makers  

- Add and update lead information in the company CRM system  

- Maintain accurate records of prospects and interactions in the CRM  

- Assist the business development team with outreach and follow-up activities  

- Track and report the progress of leads generated

Requirements

- Good communication and organizational skills  

- Comfortable with online research and finding business contacts  

- Basic understanding of spreadsheets and digital tools   

- Interest in business development, marketing, or sales

Strong Manager – Customer Success, Account management Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 8+ years of overall experience with atleast 6+ Years in Customer Success role

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have 1+ years of experience in AdTech industry

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have experience managing clients in the outside India market (Preferably US/America clients)

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Must have cross-functional experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Ad Operations teams for campaign execution, performance optimization, and client delivery.

Mandatory (Experience 5) – Must have strong technical understanding of digital advertising / programmatic platforms/software products

Mandatory (Company): B2B SaaS (AdTech experience is highly preferred)

Mandatory (Stability) : Candidate must have no frequent job hops and a minimum of 1+ year in the current organization.

Job Title: .NET Full Stack Developer

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Work Mode: Hybrid (2-3 days from office)

Location: Gurgaon

Joiners: Immediate joiners or candidates who have completed their notice period preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET (C#) on the backend and Angular/React on the frontend.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.
• Work with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and deployment.
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and security.
• Contribute to documentation, unit testing, and version control.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Core/.NET Framework.
• Experience with JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React (preference for Angular).
• Exposure to cloud platforms – Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Experience in RESTful API development.
• Familiarity with Entity Framework and SQL-based databases like SQL Server.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins.

• Ability to design and develop database architectures
• Expert working knowledge and experience of DBMS
• Ability to write complex T-SQL queries
• Expert knowledge of Azure Data Factory (ADF)
• Ability to create and manage SSIS packages while managing a full ETL lifecycle
• Proficiency in data cleansing and reconciliation
• Ability to assist others in topics related to data management
• Ability to quickly investigate and troubleshoot any data/database issues
• Expert knowledge in MS SQL Database Server administration, performance tuning and maintenance experience.

• Ability to work with end-users and project teams to analyze, document and create workflow processes
• Knowledge of SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
• Attention to detail, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills and be a good team player.
• Azure SQL knowledge (SQL-as-a-service)
• Understanding of Agile Methodology.
• Working knowledge of Git.
