Job Description

Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or another related field

Experience: 4-6 years

Location:  Pan India with potential requirement to travel to the middle east

Employment Type:  contract for 6-12 months (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

HR :

1. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
2. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
3. Training & Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
4. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, set employee goals, and provide feedback.
5. HR Policies: Develop and enforce company policies related to working conditions, employee benefits, and code of conduct.

Payroll : 

1. Salary Processing: Calculate and process employee salaries, including deductions, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring timely payment.
2. Compliance: Ensure payroll practices comply with local labor laws and tax regulations.
3. Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate payroll records, including timesheets, leave balances, and employee benefits.
4. Tax & Social Security: Deduct and submit employee taxes and social security contributions as required by law.

Requirements

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or a related field
• 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of Team Leading/Mentoring a team successfully.
• Experience with web technologies and microservices architecture both frontend and backend.
• Java, Spring framework, hibernate
• MySQL, Mongo, Solr, Redis, 
• Kubernetes, Docker
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Data Structures, and Algorithms.
• Excellent teamwork skills, flexibility, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience with API Design, ability to architect and implement an intuitive customer and third-party integration story
• Ability to think and analyze both breadth-wise (client, server, DB, control flow) and depth-wise (threads, sessions, space-time complexity) while designing and implementing services
• Exceptional design and architectural skills
• Experience of cloud providers/platforms like GCP and AWS

• Develop new user-facing features.
• Work alongside the product to understand our requirements, and design, develop and iterate, think through the complex architecture.
• Writing clean, reusable, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Encourage innovation and efficiency improvements to ensure processes are productive.
• Ensure the training and mentoring of the team members.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed.
• Research and apply new technologies, techniques, and best practices.
• Team mentorship and leadership.

2. Manage operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
3. Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
4. Operate the assigned sales territory/market segment to meet sales & service requirements and expectations within the budgeted norms
5. To establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization's products/services
6. To plan and oversee the execution of local area promotional activities in both sales and service
7. To devise strategies for effective and real-time market intelligence to stay ahead of competition
8. To come out with innovative and cost-effective marketing ideas to stay always on top
9. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
10. Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
11. Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
12. Oversee the assigned sales department to ensure proper maintenance of all sales systems and functions
13. To strictly adhere to systems, procedures, credit policies, and discount structures laid by the company from time to time
14. Ensure proper sales documentation
15. Create a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement
16. Manage the use of budgets
17. To keep the outstanding amount in check
18. Define optimal sales force structure
19. Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
20. Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
21. Travel- for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships

Responsibilities:

Building interactive consumer data from multiple systems and Restfully abstract to the UI through a Node.js backend Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint Address and improve any technical issues Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems

Skills and Experience:

In-depth knowledge of NodeJS, ExpressJS or Restify. Experience implementing applications using Angular or React Experience creating front end applications using HTML5, Angular, LESS/SASS Hands on experience with JavaScript Development on both client and server-side Experience with modern frameworks and design patterns, minimum one-year experience with MERN Full stack paradigm Knowledge of the following will be considered as an advantage: Consumer Web Development Experience for High-Traffic, Public Facing web applications Experience with cloud technologies is also a plus Creating secure RESTful-based web services in XML and JSON, JavaScript, jQuery Continuous integration (Jenkins/Hudson) and version control (SVN, Git).
