A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing digital systems that deliver optimal end-to-end solutions to our business needs. The work will cover all aspects of software delivery, including working with staff, vendors, and outsourced contributors to build, release and maintain the product.

Fountane operates a scrum-based Agile delivery cycle, and you will be working within this. You will work with product owners, user experience, test, infrastructure, and operations professionals to build the most effective solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Full-stack development on a multinational team on various products across different technologies and industries.
• Optimize the development process and identify continuing improvements.
• Monitor technology landscape, assess and introduce new technology. Own and communicate development processes and standards.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:

• Minimum of 2+ years of full-stack development, combined back and front-end experience building fast, reliable web and/or mobile applications.
• Experience with Web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular or Vue) and/or mobile development (e.g., Native, Native Script, React)
• Proficient in at least one JavaScript framework such as React, NodeJs, AngularJS (2. x), or jQuery.
• Ability to optimize product development by leveraging software development processes.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum six years) of work experience. If you have an Associate’s Degree must have a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
• Fountane's current technology stack driving our digital products includes React.js, Node.js, React Native, Angular, Firebase, Bootstrap, MongoDB, Express, Hasura, GraphQl, Amazon Web Services(AWS), and Google Cloud Platform.

Position: Python Fullstack Architect

Location: Hyderabad

Job Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Python Fullstack Architect with 15+ years of experience to lead solution design, mentor teams, and drive technical excellence across projects. You'll work closely with stakeholders, contribute to architecture governance, and integrate modern technologies across the stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review Python-based fullstack solution architectures.
• Guide development teams on best practices, modern frameworks, and cloud-native patterns.
• Engage with clients to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Stay current with tech trends and contribute to internal innovation initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.).
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps/CI-CD setup.
• Familiarity with enterprise tools: RabbitMQ, Kafka, OAuth2, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Solid understanding of microservices, API design, batch/stream processing.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and architectural problem-solving skills.

Job Description:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend development, with proficiency in Python and/or Golang.
• Strong experience in front-end technologies, particularly React.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward tackling challenges

Position: Senior Project Associate= 01

Essential Qualification:

(i) Master’s Degree in Natural or Agricultural Sciences/ MVSc or bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology or Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent

and

(ii) Four year’s experience in Research and Development in industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organisations and Scientific activities and services

OR

Doctoral Degree in Science/ Engineering/ Technology/ Pharma/ MD/ MS from a recognized University or equivalent

Desirable Qualification: Full stack developer with demonstrable experience in working with different operating systems, Programming Languages (Shell Scripts, Python, C, MySQL, MariaDB, SQLite, HTML, PHP), Database Server (MySQL, OpenLDAP), Apache and NGINX Web Server, hands-on experience with application performance indicators like red metrics etc and Unity3D. Experience in React Native, online mentoring and content creation. Machine learning and evolutionary biology knowledge will be an added advantage. Previous experience in game development is highly desirable.
