About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) / Geo Consultant with a deep understanding of Semantic SEO, entity-based optimization, and LLM-oriented content structuring. If you’re someone who understands how search engines and modern AI models interpret, associate, and recommend brands—especially in sensitive YMYL spaces—this role is for you.

You will play a key role in strengthening QuitSure’s authority as a global leader in smoking cessation, ensuring that both search engines and large language models recognize, retrieve, and recommend our content accurately and consistently.

What You Will Do

1. Entity Management & Knowledge Graph Optimization

• Strengthen the association between QuitSure and Smoking Cessation Authority across Google’s Knowledge Graph and other semantic databases.
• Build, refine, and optimize entity relationships to improve brand visibility and trust signals across AI and search ecosystems.
• 
  

2. Content Re-Architecture for LLM Citability

• Conduct deep audits of existing websites and knowledge content.
• Restructure and rewrite pillars/clusters to maximize “citability” for LLMs, optimizing for RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
• Ensure content is authoritative, structured, and contextually rich for AI retrieval.

3. Co-Occurrence & Entity Co-Mention Strategy

• Develop strategies to increase brand co-occurrence with top-tier medical, scientific, and clinical entities across the web.
• Identify opportunities for authoritative contextual mentions in trusted sources, databases, and semantic environments.

4. Measurement & Reporting

• Build frameworks and dashboards to measure.
• AI-driven brand mentions
• AI recommendation frequency
• Sentiment associated with QuitSure in LLM-generated responses
• Use these insights to guide ongoing optimization and authority-building.

Requirements

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience with a clear transition from keyword-based SEO to Semantic SEO, Entity Optimization, and Answer Engine Optimization.
• Demonstrated expertise in building and optimizing entities using Schema.org, structured data layers, and linked data—not just basic schema markup.
• Strong understanding of how LLMs process, retrieve, and synthesize information, including embeddings, RAG systems, semantic clustering, and context windows.
• Experience working in YMYL (Your Money, Your Life) categories, especially Health & Wellness.
• Understanding of how to build credibility, safety, and authority in YMYL content without triggering AI safety warnings or refusals.

• Experience with tools like InLinks, WordLift, Kalicube, or other entity-based SEO platforms.
• Knowledge of E-E-A-T frameworks and medical content compliance.

Work Experience & Skills:

• B.E/B.Tech or any relevant Masters degree from reputed college.
• Strong 5+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring IOC, Spring Annotations, Spring JDBC, Jquery, Java script, HTML 5 and CSS
• Strong experience in Postgres or any SQL technology
• Experience with working on Tomcat, Apache, JBoss or any similar application server
• Should have 3+ years of experience in leading team.
• Good experience in JSON / RESTful API / Web Services.
• Experience in working on Agile methodology using Scrum and sprints
• Experience in using build tools, Maven, GIT, Bugzilla or similar tools.
• Experience in cloud technologies, Microservices and frameworks such as AWS or GPC, container technologies like Docker is a plus.

ETL Developer – Talend

Job Duties:

• ETL Developer is responsible for Design and Development of ETL Jobs which follow standards,

best practices and are maintainable, modular and reusable.

• Proficiency with Talend or Pentaho Data Integration / Kettle.
• ETL Developer will analyze and review complex object and data models and the metadata

repository in order to structure the processes and data for better management and efficient

access.

• Working on multiple projects, and delegating work to Junior Analysts to deliver projects on time.
• Training and mentoring Junior Analysts and building their proficiency in the ETL process.
• Preparing mapping document to extract, transform, and load data ensuring compatibility with

all tables and requirement specifications.

• Experience in ETL system design and development with Talend / Pentaho PDI is essential.
• Create quality rules in Talend.
• Tune Talend / Pentaho jobs for performance optimization.
• Write relational(sql) and multidimensional(mdx) database queries.
• Functional Knowledge of Talend Administration Center/ Pentaho data integrator, Job Servers &
