Job Summary

ARDEM is seeking highly motivated Technology Interns from Tier 1 colleges who are passionate about software development and eager to work with modern Microsoft technologies. This role is ideal for final-year students (2026 pass-outs) who want hands-on experience in building scalable web applications while maintaining a healthy work-life balance through remote work opportunities.

• B.Tech (Computer Science) / M.Tech (Computer Science)
• Tier 1 colleges preferred
• Final semester students (2026 pass-outs) or recent interns
• Experience Level: Fresher

• Experience with .NET Core (.NET 6 / 7 / 8)

• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

About the role:

SDET 2 [5-8 years’ experience]

➢ Understanding the features & requirements and design end to end test cases

• IND AS & IFRS based ESOP Accounting & Disclosures for clients, quarterly as well as yearly.
• Perform Business valuation for clients from various industries using appropriate model.
• Fair valuation of Options using Black & Scholes Model & Binomial Model.
• Prepare report on valuations, accounting & disclosures.
• Tracking revenue and raising Invoice on completion of assignments
• Maintaining Dashboards and MIS of assignments for Management
• Co-ordinating with Technology team for Bug fixing, Customizations, new developments
• Co-ordinating with Operations team for procurement and understanding client’s MIS

• Work with cross-functional teams, using agile practices, write, debug and deliver code

• 3+ years of experience in Javascript engineering, frameworks, unit testing frameworks 
• At least 3 years of experience developing in Node, React, and nice  to have experience on Go Language
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with product managers and scrum teams to effectively translate business requirements into workflows  
• Demonstrated ability to remove problems and overcome roadblocks
• Cloud platform experience 

        Good to have for Mid/Sr. and must have for Principal role 

• Hands-on experience with APIs, microservices
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins
• Experience with JSON and developing REST Services
• Expert experience leveraging container based technologies
• Multiple years of experience delivery solutions through an Agile delivery methodology
• Experience with bash shell scripts, LINUX utilities & UNIX Commands
• Ability to understand complex systems and solve challenging analytical problems

What you'll do

You are a perfect match with us, if you have:

Experience in javascript frameworks such as React,, etc and a good understanding of the basics of these frameworks and their life cycles.
