Job Title: Technical Lead / Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients; manage communication, expectations, and satisfaction.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/project management role.
• Strong technical background in web and/or mobile technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, Python, iOS/Android).

Strong Art Direction / Visual Design Leadership Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 3+ YOE in Art Direction / Video Production / Graphic Design, with strong exposure to Video creation, Podcasts and Motion Graphics

Mandatory (Skill 1) : Must have strong experience in Video-first content, social media design, and digital storytelling

Mandatory (Skill 2) : Must have experience working in content-heavy / fast-paced environments (media, content, marketing, or digital-first brands)

Mandatory (Skill 3) : Must have strong expertise in visual storytelling, design systems, and building cohesive visual languages

Mandatory (Skill 4) : Must have hands-on experience in designing for social, digital, and video content (thumbnails, creatives, motion-led assets, etc.)

Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have very strong portfolio showcasing Podcasts, Marketing Videos, Motion Graphics and visual story-telling

Mandatory (Tools) : Must be proficient in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.)

Strong in Graphic Designer (Lifestyle / Wellness / Consumer Brands)

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 1+years of experience as a Graphic Designer working on lifestyle, wellness, skincare, or consumer-facing brands, ideally in in-house teams or startups.

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience designing end-to-end creative assets across social media, email campaigns, presentations, and internal communications

Mandatory (Experience 3): Experience working in fast-moving, content-driven environments with multiple concurrent deliverables and tight deadlines.

Mandatory (Skill 1): Strong design fundamentals — layout, typography, hierarchy, spacing, and visual storytelling.
