Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Operations Executive to support data management, reporting, and operational efficiency within our insurance business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate reports, maintaining databases, and assisting in decision-making through data insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, operations, and performance metrics
• Collect, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Maintain and update databases, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Support business teams with ad hoc data requests and analysis
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in operational processes
• Ensure timely submission of reports to management
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, underwriting, claims) for data requirements
• Assist in automation of reports using Excel or MIS tools

Key Skills Required:

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Basic knowledge of MIS reporting and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

• Should maintain Apache web server (LAMP & WHM/CPanel).
• Create and Maintain PHP, Laravel Based web application / HTML, CSS & JS wireframes / mockups, websites , web assets , Landing pages.
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness on web sites and web applications.
• Create and Maintain WordPress Websites, Plug-Ins and Themes using the latest development and deployment methodologies.
• Create and Maintain high-performance websites with SEO and SEM integrations and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.

• Ensuring effective and timely communication with the project stakeholders and team members.

Job Requirements:

• Strong understanding of Apache Server with LAMP & WHM/CPanel.
• Strong understanding of php & Laravel based app development life-cycle and best practices and CMS management.
• At least 5+ years of experience working in Laravel, WordPress / HTML 5 / CSS3 / JavaScript / PHP and NodeJS technologies

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AWS Data Engineer with 5–7 years of experience in building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with AWS services including Glue, Athena, Redshift, Lambda, DMS, RDS, and CloudFormation. You will be responsible for managing the full data lifecycle from ingestion to transformation and storage, ensuring efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable ETL pipelines using AWS Glue, Python/PySpark, and SQL.
• Work extensively with AWS services such as Glue, Athena, Lambda, DMS, RDS, Redshift, CloudFormation, and other serverless technologies.
• Implement and manage data lake and warehouse solutions using AWS Redshift and S3.
• Optimize data models and storage for cost-efficiency and performance.
