Job Overview:

This role requires to Lead the project, Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned engineering projects. Monitoring compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications. Interacting daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and representing them in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned engineering projects.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

·        To ensure that the full compliance of sub-contractors with Company Quality policies and with the requirements of this method statement.

·        To ensure that all the equipment required executing the works according to the BMS project are available, in good condition, and provide any additional equipment that might be required.

·        To co-ordinate with the Electrical, QA, QC & EHS for a safe and proper execution of the works.

·        Liaise with Client / Consultant for execution of works as per BMS project activities

·        Collect and analyse project information to create status reports and recommend future actions

·        Allocation of required labour through co-ordination with the Project Manager.

·        Take precautionary measures concerning protecting works from hot weather, wind, rain and sun.

·        Ensure that all works activities will be carried out in accordance to approved drawings, specifications and quality.

Identify and reach out to potential B2B clients (physiotherapy clinics, hospitals, and rehab centers) via cold calling, email, events or campaigns. • Qualify inbound leads and manage a healthy sales pipeline using the company’s CRM. • Understand customer requirements and align solutions with business needs. • Coordinate with Product Specialists for product demos and technical discussions. • Handle objections, negotiate, and drive deals towards successful closure. • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and pipeline status in CRM. • Ensure timely conversion of leads into paying customers. • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients. • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strong Usability / UX Testing and Validation Profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 3+ YOE in product validation, usability testing, design thinking, or experience testing roles, working on digital products

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience in designing user journeys, workflows, and interaction flows for web or mobile applications

Mandatory (Experience 3): Strong experience in creating wireframes, low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

Mandatory (Experience 4): Must have practical experience conducting usability testing, prototype testing, and concept validation with users before product release

Mandatory (Experience 5): Experience in identifying usability issues, user friction points, and iterating designs based on feedback and testing insights

Mandatory (Skills 1): Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and design thinking methodologies

Mandatory (Skills 2): Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly design solutions and prototypes
