Key Responsibilities:

searching for new clients who could benefit from our products.

preparing and delivering technical presentations for clients, in order to explain the products and potential deliverables.

Understand customer requirements and convey the same to management.

Help with product modifications based on customer needs.

· Maintain relationships with existing customers – take feedback, resolve problems related to installed equipment, renew orders, etc.

What your average day would look like:

• Deploy and maintain mission-critical information extraction, analysis, and management systems
• Manage low cost, scalable streaming data pipelines
• Provide direct and responsive support for urgent production issues
