Strong B2C Performance Marketing Profile

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ YOE in managing performance marketing in atleast 1 of Google ads campaigns (Search, Display, Universal App Campaigns UAC)

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have hands-on experience with campaign setup, execution, daily optimization, reporting, and performance tracking across key KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong technical skills including familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics

Mandatory (Company): B2C product companies offering digital / Tech products (such as Fintech, EdTech, AdTech, TravelTech)

Mandatory (Exclusion): Avoid all e-commerce companies like Meesho, Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, as their scope of work is limited and irrelevant to their requirement.

Note: Candidates must be from B2C tech product companies where the core user experience is driven by the technology itself—not from companies like Ola, Swiggy, Zepto, Zomato, Uber, where the user experience is shaped by a tangible service (e.g., food delivery or cab rides).

Mandatory (Stability): Minimum 2 years per role required. One short stint is acceptable if there’s a long tenure (eg: 5+ years) in a prior role. Frequent job changes are straight rejects.

Note: Total years of experience must not exceed 6 years.

Role Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll play a crucial role in NuVeda’s Sales & Pipeline Generation Activities. You’ll be working closely with the Sales & Marketing Team to design outbound campaigns & generate qualified leads that will result in new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Research, target, and identify new client opportunities on an ongoing basis.
• Develop targeted/personalized messaging for outbound cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach.
• Qualify prospects by understanding customer needs and budgets.
• Maintain a detailed database on the CRM with all customer communications.
• Collaborate with teammates and achieve quarterly milestones.

 Desired Skills

• Any graduate who is ambitious, energetic, and highly motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS Lead Generation is preferred.
• Knowledge of the SaaS ecosystem is preferred.

• Working experience in using social media tools (LinkedIn), lead generation tools (Apollo.io) and CRM tools (Zoho or others).

• Exposure to Node, Angular desirable
• Experience in common third-party APIs (Google Maps, Google Charts, etc)

• Experience in integrating, designing and developing solutions is desirable
