About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on QA leader to own quality across our products. You'll set the QA strategy, build and scale our automation and testing infrastructure, and lead a growing team — while staying close enough to the work to dig into a tricky bug yourself. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to define how quality is done, not just execute test cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 backend engineers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, adherence to best practices, and timely project completion.
• Hands-on development using TypeScript, Node.Js, and NestJs to build robust and scalable backend systems.
• Proficient in managing databases PostgreSQL and MongoDB. Implement efficient data storage and retrieval strategies.
• Expertise in Elasticsearch
• Work with Neptune and Gremlin to handle complex data structures and relationships.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain high-quality software.
• Work closely with frontend teams, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business goals.
• Plan, track, and report on project progress. Manage resources effectively to meet deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer with strong experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing industries. The role involves designing and developing mechanical equipment, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and costeffective project execution.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills

Advanced knowledge of 3D AutoCAD and SolidWorks

Strong experience in pipeline design using SolidWorks

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed 3D models and design drawings using SolidWorks and AutoCAD

Preparation of assembly, sub-assembly, component, and pipeline drawings

Design and detailed engineering of equipment such as Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat

Exchangers, and Storage Tanks

Preparation of mechanical data sheets

Ensure designs are cost-effective and optimized for manufacturing

Generate and verify Bill of Materials (BOM) from SolidWorks

Review and check fabrication drawings and design outputs

Coordinate with internal departments and clients for design-related requirements

Prepare plant layouts and complete system designs in SolidWorks

Analyze specifications, sketches, and technical data to determine design requirements

 Modify and revise designs to improve performance and resolve production issues
