Job Title: Client Success Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Customer Project Management

• Ensure all required order information is received and projects can be delivered within the committed timeline.
• Complete the Discovery Phase by gathering and validating customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
• Create project plans and provide regular progress reports to customers.

Customer Service

• Handle customer calls whenever required and resolve escalated support cases.
• Support and resolve issues escalated by the First Level Support team.
• Ensure solutions are provided within the agreed turnaround time.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and case activities.
• Ensure services provided are properly billed and paid for.
• Document issues and resolutions through Knowledge Base Articles for future reference.
• Create and modify Crystal Reports as per customer requirements.

Training & Customer Enablement

• Plan, package, and deliver customer training sessions remotely or onsite.
• Help customers become familiar with the Windowmaker software through demos, trials, and guided sessions.
• Prepare presentations, training materials, and videos for advanced or complex features.
• Provide training and guidance to the First Level Support team.

Management Reporting

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports to management regarding project and support activities.

Data Projects

• Analyze customer requirements and prepare project specifications.
• Perform data setup and configuration based on approved specifications.
• Conduct code/release testing and quality assurance activities.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Engineering Graduate with basic computer knowledge, preferably in software or IT-related fields.
• 1 to 8 years of experience in Customer Support, Client Success, or Technical Support roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. 

Position:  React/Frontend Developer

Location: Chennai and Exp : 3 to 5 Yrs

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js or VueJs. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

Responsibilities

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js
• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
• Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Documenting application changes and developing updates.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
• Should have recent experience with React projects (min. 2 years)
• Experience in VueJs is an added advantage
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token

Primary responsibilities: 

·        Design, develop web applications using AngularJS 6 or above

·        Work closely with onsite, offshore, and cross functional teams, Product Management, backend developers, SQA teams to effectively use technologies to build and deliver high quality and on-time delivery

·        Proactively Identify risks and failure modes early in the development lifecycle and develop POCs to mitigate the risks early in the program

·        Assertive communication and team skills

·        Solid working knowledge of using Cloud native resources for data retrieval and persistence.

·        Thorough working knowledge in integrating with Azure, azure functions, Microservices etc.,

·        Having work experience in Javascript frameworks is an added advantage.

·        Experience in executing CI/CD processes

Qualifications:

·             B.E/B.Tech/MCA/M.Tech qualification

What you need to have: 

Role and Responsibilities

• Execute data mining projects, training and deploying models over a typical duration of 2 -12 months.
• The ideal candidate should be able to innovate, analyze the customer requirement, develop a solution in the time box of the project plan, execute and deploy the solution.
• Integrate the data mining projects embedded data mining applications in the FogHorn platform (on Docker or Android).

Core Qualifications
Candidates must meet ALL of the following qualifications:

• Have analyzed, trained and deployed at least three data mining models in the past. If the candidate did not directly deploy their own models, they will have worked with others who have put their models into production. The models should have been validated as robust over at least an initial time period.
• Three years of industry work experience, developing data mining models which were deployed and used.
• Programming experience in Python is core using data mining related libraries like Scikit-Learn. Other relevant Python mining libraries include NumPy, SciPy and Pandas.
• Data mining algorithm experience in at least 3 algorithms across: prediction (statistical regression, neural nets, deep learning, decision trees, SVM, ensembles), clustering (k-means, DBSCAN or other) or Bayesian networks

• Soft Skills
  • Sets expectations, develops project plans and meets expectations.
  • Experience adapting technical dialogue to the right level for the audience (i.e. executives) or specific jargon for a given vertical market and job function.
• Technical skills
  • Commonly, candidates have a MS or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Math, Statistics or an engineering technical discipline. BS candidates with experience are considered.
  • Have managed past models in production over their full life cycle until model replacement is needed. Have developed automated model refreshing on newer data. Have developed frameworks for model automation as a prototype for product.
  • Training or experience in Deep Learning, such as TensorFlow, Keras, convolutional neural networks (CNN) or Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) neural network architectures. If you don’t have deep learning experience, we will train you on the job.
  • Shrinking deep learning models, optimizing to speed up execution time of scoring or inference.
  • OpenCV or other image processing tools or libraries
  • Cloud computing: Google Cloud, Amazon AWS or Microsoft Azure. We have integration with Google Cloud and are working on other integrations.
  • Decision trees like XGBoost or Random Forests is helpful.
  • Complex Event Processing (CEP) or other streaming data as a data source for data mining analysis
  • Time series algorithms from ARIMA to LSTM to Digital Signal Processing (DSP).
  • Bayesian Networks (BN), a.k.a. Bayesian Belief Networks (BBN) or Graphical Belief Networks (GBN)
  • Experience with PMML is of interest (see www.DMG.org).
• Vertical experience in Industrial Internet of Things (IoT) applications:
  • Energy: Oil and Gas, Wind Turbines
  • Manufacturing: Motors, chemical processes, tools, automotive
  • Smart Cities: Elevators, cameras on population or cars, power grid
  • Transportation: Cars, truck fleets, trains

About the Data Science Solutions team
In 2018, our Data Science Solutions team grew from 4 to 9.  We are growing again from 11. We work on revenue generating projects for clients, such as predictive maintenance, time to failure, manufacturing defects.  About half of our projects have been related to vision recognition or deep learning. We are not only working on consulting projects but developing vertical solution applications that run on our Lightning platform, with embedded data mining.
